Convenient and Cozy Suite for Your Vancouver Trip

Welcome to my fully furnished cozy basement suite, located in the heart of Vancouver, close to Rupert Skytrain Station. The suite is perfect for couples or small families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring the Vancouver city.

## The Space

The suite is fully furnished with modern and stylish decor. The space features 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 bathroom, there is also a sofa-bed in the livingroom, allowing for a comfortable stay for up to 3 guests. The bathrooms come stocked with shampoo and conditioner, and we provide fresh linens, towels, and toiletries for our guests.

## The Amenities

My suite comes with a host of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. These include:

- Bedroom: pillows, cups, bedding
- Bathroom: towels, bath towels, hair dryer; Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash
- Kitchen: Cookware and kitchen utensils: pans, soup pots, woks, spatulas, etc.; Stove, range hood, refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster
- Living room: 50-Inch Smart TV: Netflix, Youtube;
- Washer
- Other amenities in the house: Cleaning tools & supplies; High-speed wireless internet (WIFI)

## The Location

My suite is located in a very convenient area of Vancouver, putting you just minutes away from the Skytrain Station. We are within walking distance of Supermarket, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars in the area. Public transportation is also easily accessible, making it easy to explore the rest of the city.

## Additional Information

- ACCEPT Pets (Dogs/Cats), I charge 80CAD for guest who bring pet, please inform me in advance if you will bring a pet.
- Quiet hours 10PM-8AM;
- The earliest check-in time at 4 p.m. and the latest check-out time at 11 a.m. since I need enough time to clean the room. Please message me if you require an early check-in or a late check-out;
- The furniture shown in the photographs may be subject to slight alterations due to normal wear and tear and replacement;
