The Space:
Turn the key and give yourself a treat by staying in this beautiful studio apartment! Everything is cozy about this unit; the art pieces and décor speak for themselves!

This minimalist-designed space is equipped with a big wall-mounted TV over the floating white console, where you can spend time with your loved ones after a day exploring Dubai. This area will be a great spot for you to relax and have unforgettable moments with your loved ones. Not to mention the floor-to-ceiling windows to keep the space bright and relaxing.

Next to it is a dining space that comes with two upholstered chairs and a round table, where you can bond with each other over the delicious meals cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Whether you simply want coffee in the morning or prepare a grand meal, the open kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities such as a stove, oven, cookware, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and more for your comfort.

You and your loved ones can enjoy each other’s company without feeling cramped! Sleep better in a comfortable queen-sized bed with luxurious linens and comfortable mattresses. The space comes complete with an in-built wardrobe cabinet, soft carpet, a hanging reading lamp, and wall art. What more could you ask for?

The bathroom is complete with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and more, along with a welcome pack upon arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Business Bay is just minutes from all the sights of Downtown Dubai. It is located within 5 minutes to Downtown Dubai, as well as minutes from busy E44, taking you anywhere you want to go. Right below the building is the Marasi development, 2 kilometers of waterfront promenade. It is ideal for a stroll or run, followed by a meal in a choice of the restaurants located there.

Business Bay has as lot of buildings both for commercial and residential. Dubai Creek is a legendary and significant part of this area of Dubai. It has paved the way for Dubai to be a business hub of the UAE.

This offers restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, and many more to ensure that anyone who lives or visits Business Bay will have a good time with their friends, family, or even alone.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this place. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a bus stop right in front of the building. Bus F41 goes to the Business Bay metro station. Getting in a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.

Downtown is accessible by car within 8 minutes if you have your own car.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, *100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
