Welcome to our inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat at the prestigious Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes! Nestled in this vibrant community, our well-appointed home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Take advantage of the community amenities such as the resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and tennis or pickleball courts!

Our single-level haven has no stairs to worry about! This cozy home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The guest bedroom, situated at the front of the house, comes with its own bathroom. Right across, you'll find the convenient laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. The den, kitchen, and dining room seamlessly flow into the open living room space. Towards the back of the house, discover the spacious main bedroom boasting an attached bathroom and a walk-in closet. Step outside onto the screened lanai for a breath of fresh air. Your comfortable retreat awaits!

We are here for you during your stay, or we can be invisible. It's up to you. If needed, We're only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please let us know if something is missing or needed at check-in. We can't fix the issue if we do not know about it. =)

Our vacation home is easily accessible by car, and the property provides ample parking space for your convenience. With your own transportation, you'll have the freedom to discover nearby attractions, beaches, shopping districts, and dining hotspots at your own pace.

Public Transportation:
While public transportation options are available in Naples, it's worth noting that they may not provide as much flexibility as having a car. If you prefer to use public transit, bus stops are located within a reasonable distance, allowing you to navigate the area with ease.

Rideshare Services:
Popular rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in Naples. They offer a convenient and efficient way to explore the city without the need to drive. Simply use the app to request a ride and enjoy the convenience of door-to-door service.

Biking and Walking:
For those who enjoy a more active approach to getting around, Naples offers bike-friendly paths and pedestrian-friendly areas. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride to nearby parks, shops, or cafes and soak in the pleasant surroundings.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site.

**Please note the pull-out sofa is in the den and has a sliding door for privacy.**

**If checking-in after 6pm or anytime on weekends, you will need to call the owner from the security gate call box to enter the grounds.**
• No Smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.
• No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected
• We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident.
• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).
• Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
• If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.
• We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
• Kids of all ages are welcomed, but we do not supply any infant/toddler/child furniture. You will need to supply your own and please be responsible of all underage children.
