Upstairs you will find the fully equipped open plan Living, Dining and kitchen area with balcony to enjoy the sea views of New Brighton. Enjoy the beautiful sunny balcony where you enjoy a beverage in the sun while listening to the waves across the road. In the living area there is 2x chairs which convert into single sofa beds to have additional guests - linen is additional charge. Accommodating up to a total of 4 guests. Upstairs you will also find a designated study/office area, along with the separate toilet. There is high speed internet provided in the property.
