The Space:
This brand-new property promises an unparalleled luxury experience. Step into a two-storey haven that effortlessly captures the essence of contemporary living. The upper floor and deck are a testament to design brilliance, framing eastward views that stretch across the sea to Port Phillip Heads and distant East Coast vistas. The Neighborhood:
Walk through the reserves to the Jan Juc park, playgrounds or beach. Or stroll up to join the Surf Coast Walk to Bird Rock Lookout to get your own personal surf report. Coffee, brunch or dinner in the village is within walking distance too, as is the Surf Life Saving Club and the RACV. Holiday in a community-minded neighbourhood in one of the hottest spots on the coast and effortlessly embrace beach life.

Our beautiful local beaches include world famous surfing reserve, Bells Beach and Winkipop, a short 5min drive away. Go for walks along the clifftop track to discover waves for experienced surfers only, namely Bird Rock, Steps, Winki Pop and Bells, with Jan Juc surf beach located further to the east.

Family-favourite, Cosy Corner, is a few km’s away and both Jan Juc and Torquay beaches offers patrolled family options for swimming and surfing in the summer months.

Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.

There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.

Adventure Park is also a great day out with the kids – approx. 40mins drive away.

Torquay is also nearby, offering a range of shops, cafes, restaurants, golf courses and activities.
Closest train station 20km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
