Set across three storeys—plus a private rooftop terrace—this vibrant Fitzroy loft offers the perfect balance between work and play. A dedicated office provides ample space for two to three guests to set up laptops and work remotely, while the private rooftop encourages after-work beverages with a side of skyline views.

You’ll be greeted on the basement level by a decked-out home office, where you can plug in and switch on during your working holiday. Here you'll also find the stylish primary bedroom featuring a king bed and a full ensuite with a rainfall shower. Ascend another set of stairs to find the peaceful meditation and reading room that offers a cosy setting to take a break in the day or wind down at night with a book from our collection. You’ll also find a second bedroom, stylishly appointed with a queen bed, plus a sleek and contemporary bathroom appointed with a luxurious rain shower and bathtub, as well as a washing machine.

Head to the upper-mid level, where a streamlined kitchen and dining area extends to an inviting, open-plan living space complete with a sofa, cosy armchairs and a TV. Here you’ll find all you need to cook and enjoy meals, including a four-seater table, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. A final set of stairs leads to a private rooftop terrace, complete with seating for four and a stunning vantage point to soak in the city skyline.

Added conveniences include Wi-Fi, split system air-conditioning in the living and dining area, radiator wall heating in most rooms, and an on-street parking permit—parking spots subject to availability.

Our property is equipped with a small quantity of basic sundries to suit a short stay or to get you started on an extended visit. We offer a selection of essentials to make your stay comfortable, including toilet paper, single-use shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tea, coffee, long-life milk, and cleaning/laundry supplies. Beds are made with linens and we provide one towel per person, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel. We do not replenish these items and encourage you to travel with additional items or purchase these locally during your stay. If staying longer-term, please contact us to arrange cleaning including fresh linens and replenishment of these supplies at an additional cost.
