The property boasts not one, but three lounge areas two on separate floors ensuring that everyone can find their perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the vacation. The interiors are a perfect blend of style and comfort, providing a welcoming atmosphere in which to relax and with amenities such as a portacot, highchair, toys and board games it is great for families. For indoor entertainment there are multiple Smart TVs and Apple TV, just bring your own logins for apps. A heat pump/air conditioning unit, central heating and ceiling fans ensure that this property is set up for your comfort whatever the season.

1. The gated community has a number of permanent residents and there is to be no loud noise at any time and a strict evening curfew of 10pm.

2. There is no smoking permitted within the gated area.

LINEN: Please note that other than pillows, duvets and duvet covers, linen is not included in the tariffs but can be rented for $25 per person, further details are provided in the 'Rooms and beds' section of the listing. If you wish to add linen, please add a note to your booking with what beds you wish to use so they can be made up. We have linen as an optional extra to make a more affordable holiday for those who wish to bring their own.

BOOKING PAYMENT: Although Bookabach/VRBO take your credit card details, all booking payments are made to Bach Stay NZ Limited who manage this property for the owners. Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
