The Space:

The spacious and bright living area has a comfortable sofa that is convertible into a bed (sleep 1) where you can sit back, relax, and take advantage of enjoying your favorite shows on the flat-screen LCD multi-channel smart 55'' TV. Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property. Thanks to its oversized windows, this space is cozy and lively throughout every corner of the unit. It's also completed with a white minimalist marble coffee table, soft carpet, unique wall art, an aesthetic drop-light, and a wooden console cabinet.

Adjacent to it are the open-style dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Packed with all the appliances provided, not to mention the gas range-hood stove, microwave, washer, oven, and all the necessities household accessories for your cooking needs. Relish all your refreshment times with its rectangular dining table that can comfortably seat up to four people. This space serves a delightful yet decent dining experience.

As you walk your way to the bedroom, it has been furnished uniquely to suit your taste. It's equipped with wooden pieces of furniture that are minimalist yet elegant. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, which is furnished with soft mattresses and fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows. Upholstered with a soft linen fabric that is comfortable for a good night's sleep.

Spacious walk-in sliding closet and console drawer cabinets that provide ample space for all your storage needs. The bathroom is equipped with towels and bathing essentials that will refresh you before bed or after exploring a vibrant city lifestyle.

Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is an emerging area of Dubai. This family-oriented community is a breath of fresh air from the busyness that is apparent in Dubai. The tranquility that you will find in this place will satisfy your need to relax while not being far from the necessities that you need for everyday life.

Within the JVC community, you can find a mall, parks, sports fields, schools, and mosques, which ensure that you can enjoy your stay but not be deprived of your needs and even pleasure. There are a lot more to find in JVC but still, the serenity is ever-present as you lounge in your home or walk around the parks and play in the sports fields.

This is indeed a pleasant way to spend your vacation away from your home but still feel like you are in the comfort of a beautiful house.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus J01 goes to the Mall of the Emirates metro station, which is adjacent to the famous mall that has the same name.

Many things are accessible (grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.) because Circle Mall is just a 5-minute drive. Mall of the Emirates is only 15 minutes away by car. The Beach in JBR is a 20-minute drive.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
