Perfect place

How wonderful. The location was great, place was very clean, and the view was fabulous. So close to the pier. We loved the laid back community and easy traffic. Highly recommend!

Great condo, Great location, Great view, one big problem

Everything met our expectations except for two issues. There were zero spare supplies (i.e. not even a spare roll of toilet paper). Yes, the agreement said there were only supplies for the first day, but even a hotel room provides an extra roll of toilet paper. The biggest issue was the presence of roaches. We saw several during the stay. It was very offputting to think of them crawling around on the dishes, being in the beds, and taking them home upon our return. We did notify Southern and they offered to put in a work order to spray for bugs. We did not pursue that as we didn't want them invading our privacy and alarming our children when strangers came in to announce they were spraying for roaches. This was a big let down to invest in a vacation to relax with family and be concerned about rodents the whole time.

Very restful stay

This is our 3 trip to beautiful Navarre Beach, and we love the self-check in at the Pearl, I was not pressured to make it down there before the staff went home, The beach was a 5 minute walk, great view of the beach and pier. great meals on the balcony. The entertainment center is a little dated , would have been nice if we could have stream a move off YouTube or Netflix at night, the condo associate also needs to pressure the county to run the beach sweeper too. Way too much sea weed and trash this year.

Our yearly trip to the Pearl

The Pearl is a great place to stay. We love the pool, hot tub and easy beach access. They were doing repairs on the roof and closed access to the beach and pool area for 2 and1/2 days. We were not told until a day before we were to arrive about it. We would have come a different time. They were also doing work 2 floors up which was pretty noisy. The unit was just Ok. Needs updated really bad. Rugs were worn out and dirty. The patio furniture was falling apart, the cook stove had the front burner out and the rest took forever to heat up. I went to use the microwave on our last night there and found the handle was broken. I didn't notify the management and they are making me pay for it. We will stay at the Pearl again, just not this unit. working 2 floors above us.

Construction

We were notified a few days in advance the pool and beach access would be closed for 4 days due to construction. We were not notified at all the condo 1 door down was having tile removed. Thursday and Friday our condo was uninhabitable from 9a to 5p due to the noise level. Construction needs to be included in the rental listing, before it is reserved.

We loved the Pearl and cannot wait to visit again! Everyone was so friendly and helpful anytime we had questions from the time of booking til our stay ended. We cannot wait to return next year. Very clean too!

Very Relaxing

Perfect for just my husband and I who enjoy vacations with just ourselves. This condo was perfect and is exactly what we look for when vacationing in the panhandle. It is on On the beach, almost all glass windows/doors for the ocean views from the condo for the main area and master bedroom. Usually, we like views from a 5th floor or a few floors higher. This one was the 7th floor and the views were amazing!

We love Navarre

We visit Navarre very often since my entire family lives here. This was a great location with ocean veiw! My only complaint was the condo had a funky smell to it when we got there and none of the bedroom remotes to the ceiling fan worked. We had to go buy some airfreshener and batteries for the remotes, other than that it's a great place to stay at and enjoy the water!

Not worth the Money

We didnt have a good experience. Our second night there was a techno cuban party above us. We called four times and finally they contacted the HOA and nothing could be done. Even the pool was looking at the 8th floor above us. The key codes only worked half the time. The fan was broken above the bed which didnt get fixed till almost the last day. The Chair guy was so rude and obnoxious we ended up buying our own chairs. It was not worth the money. It is for a young adult teenager. We asked to be moved and they wouldn't do it. Postives it was clean and good view.

Good experience

We enjoyed our stay. However, the pillows need to be replaced and the floor needed to be vacuumed better. The pillows are flat and the floor had crumbs or sand. The couch sinks when you sit down. It would also have been nice for the room to come with the chairs on the beach since they cover the entire front of the condo beach area super early in the morning leaving no one else a spot to see the ocean. For the cost, a complimentary box of kleenex in each bathroom would have been nice. The tvs also need to be updated so they are smart tvs. There is nothing to watch on cable. It was nice but very costly for the experience.

The room as super nice. Everything is good here. I just don’t like that 4pm check in. Not 3:00…. Not 3:30…. Not 3:59…. 4’om the dot. The room had been cleaned. Just thought there’d be a lil leniency there after a long drive. But the place is nice.

Navarre is beautiful. Unfortunately hurricane Zeta came. We will surely visit Navarre again.

This property was nice and had beautiful views but needed some updates and better cleaning. Floors under the beds were very dusty, and the shower curtain in the bath off the kitchen was moldy. There was also kids wet shorts and shirt left behind in the second bedroom closet from previous tenants. Cleaning staff needs to do better. We will surely come back to Navarre but pick a different condo.

Would have been nice if the owner of the condo had supplied us with two beach chairs. Beds uncomfortable need a dish towels and dish rags more than one no dripping Faucets continue to drip. No extra blankets or pillow cases. Need new pillows.

Beachfront

This condo was spacious and clean, with lovely views of the ocean from the living room and the Master. We love using a canopy on the beach, and you had to be up early if you wanted a nice spot on the beach due to the umbrella/chair companies that take up the majority of the waterfront. The condo was roomy enough for two adults and four teenagers, and overall it is a great location.

Great experience at The Pearl

I was looking for beachfront with recliners and a walk in shower from my parents in their 70s. This unit was perfect, there were actually three recliners. Communication with Southern Vacation Rental was great too. Very easy checkout process.

The Pearl of Navarre

Condo was large and spacious. It was very clean with a wonderful view on the balcony. All of the appliances were fairly new and worked very well. They supplied enough bath towels and wash clause to get four adults through six days very comfortably. I will definitely stay here again.
