The house abuts 800 acres of conservation land in the Punkhorn Parklands right in your backyard- great for hiking or catching the sunset over the pond at Eagle point.
After a long day at the beach, rinse off in the brand new enclosed outdoor shower and relax in the living room or on the newly remodeled deck. The kitchen is well equipped for whipping up a delicious meal - or head outside to the gas grill located just off the kitchen.
