But the allure of Playa extends far beyond its bustling streets and sun-kissed shores. Dive into a world of adventure with an array of activities, from snorkeling and scuba diving to paddle boarding and exploring eco-parks with underground rivers. Don’t miss a visit to the Mayan ruins or jumping into the cenotes (beautiful, natural sinkholes).

Getting Around:
The condo is in the Arenis Condo Living building, about 56 km or 35 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). There’s 1 underground parking spot if you are arriving by car. We can arrange private transportation for you, just let us know!

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- If elevators go out of service for any reason, guests would need to climb stairs.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- There is a karaoke bar on the adjacent corner that operates until 2-3 AM, and noise may be heard.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a code to the lockbox to retrieve the keys. The code will be sent before your arrival.
