Furnished with a smart tv, this queen guest room features a spacious closet, private bathroom with custom tile work, and private balcony. Down the hall is a bunk room that has a pyramid bunk (twin over full) and a traditional bunk bed (twin over twin). This room is perfect for children and youngsters as the private bathroom offers a shower tub combo and a television. At the end of the hall there are two ocean front guest rooms. The room on the left has two lush queen-sized beds, a large walk-in closet, access to an ocean front balcony, and a luxurious bathroom that sports a private water closet, dual vanity, and walk in shower. Across the hall is the fourth guest bedroom that also offers access to the ocean front deck, a tv, and private bathroom with breathtaking tile work that leads to a walk-in shower.

The second living level of this immaculate home houses the primary and junior primary suites. The sprawling primary suite truly leaves nothing to be desired. A plush king-sized bed positions you so that the ocean is the first thing you see each morning. There is a sitting area complete with a queen-size sleeper sofa and dedicated workspace that overlooks the ocean and a private deck so that you can relax and escape to your own private oasis at the end of each day.
