The Space:
Enjoy a completely new, modern, and stylish stay inside Aldea Zama, perfectly situated between Tulum’s famous beach and its town. Also, just a block away from Coba Ave and near Liverpool and Carl’s Jr.

Enjoy a chic and spacious stay in two independent condos (A & B), each with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, over 90 sqm|969 sq ft of space, and separate entrances to each unit. Both units are tastefully decorated studio units with plush king-sized beds with quality linens, Smart TVs, modern bathrooms with rainfall showerheads, private balconies, and blackout curtains.

The only difference is that unit A features a kitchen, dining, and TV lounge area with a comfy sofa (which can also be a single/twin-size sofa bed if flexible sleep space is needed!) and a wall-mounted Smart TV, making this cozy area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring beautiful Tulum.

The open kitchen is very well equipped with all the essentials and cookware you’d need to prepare a basic meal. The dining table for four allows you to enjoy your meals in peace at home. This is also a laptop-friendly place to work if needed.

There’s direct access through wall-to-wall sliding glass doors to the private balcony overlooking the lush, magical grounds of the property. The balcony has seating and tables for enjoying some fresh air and your coffee or late-day beverage!

For workout buffs, Palais Tulum has a gym in the building with modern fitness equipment, free weights, and a treadmill. You can also take advantage of the rooftop swimming pool and shaded lounge area. It’s perfect for a refreshing dip or lounging under the sun and basically doing nothing!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the two condos and shared access to the common grounds and complex amenities.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be in Aldea Zama, one block to Coba (the beach avenue), near Liverpool, Carl’s Jr. and an array of fantastic restaurants, trendy shops, and local attractions. The start of the beach road to the beach is about 3.8 km | 2.4 miles away. The lush road is filled with shops, boutiques, cafes, jungle eateries, world-famous dining, beach hotspots & beach clubs.

The best grocery store is Chedraui (1 km | 0.6 miles away), and you’ll be near the Tulum Ruins and refreshing cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area) like Cenote Escondido and Cristal. When you’ve had enough beach, head to the Sian Ka'an Bio Reserve for a river float or visit an X-park|Eco-park like Xel-ha or Xplor and golf at Dreams Tulum or Riviera Maya Golf Club.

Getting Around:
The condo is about 120 km|75 miles or about a 2-hour drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Always consult your mobile map app for an accurate driving time, as it will vary based on the time of day. It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
Please note: Tulum is an area of high growth, and at times, you may hear construction noise during daytime work hours.

Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.

We can help with additional services, including an airport transfer if needed. Just let us know!

We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel, but please note that these are not replenished during your stay.

There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condos, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply incurs a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in the reservation allowed.
- Renters agree to pay for any damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID at check-in or during the stay if identity verification is needed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using an electronic door code for entry. The code will be sent before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
