Coral Break, nestled along the Agnes Water Surf Beach within the Loka Santi complex, offers a self-contained unit boasting a communal pool, situated in Agnes Water, renowned as one of Queensland’s premier holiday destinations.

Its prime location ensures proximity to the beach and easy access to the nearby shopping village, amenities, cafes, and bars.

Just a brief five-minute drive away lies 1770, the historic birthplace of Queensland, where Captain Cook made his notable landing.

This spacious three-bedroom unit features a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite equipped with a shower, bath, toilet, and sink, along with a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom furnished with two single beds.

The unit also includes a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, complemented by an outdoor communal pool and terrace with seating and a BBQ.

Air conditioning throughout ensures comfort, and Wi-Fi connectivity is available.

It's worth noting that Vodafone coverage is unavailable in the area, and mobile networks can be limited or patchy in Agnes Water and 1770.

Given its natural surroundings, guests may encounter local wildlife such as bugs, lizards, frogs, and birds in the verandah and garden areas.

Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the property and non-heated communal pool while staying. A short walk through a communal path through the sand dunes and you are on the pristine, five kilometre Agnes Water Main Beach.

The Neighborhood:
Agnes Water and 1770 are surrounded by stunning National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea.

Along the headlands of Seventeen Seventy visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks.

We enjoy an excellent year-round climate with Queensland’s northernmost surf beach at Agnes Water for surfing and beach activities.

Along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.

It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping Village or walk down to the beautiful Agnes Water surf beach for a leisurely day along the water.

A vibrant Sunday morning market takes place every second weekend.

Getting Around:
We recommend guests have a vehicle to travel around the area.

There is a shuttle bus that can offer tours, pick up/drop off services from your accommodation, the train station or airport. Please get in touch for more information.

Nearest train stop: Miriam Vale - 50 kilometres.

Bus: Greyhound travels to the area daily. The bus stop is at the Ampol service station in Agnes Water, approx. 5 kilometres away.
