Property was as described in the listing, to a high standard, and ideally located near the pool. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, glasses etc. The beach equipment and towels were a good added bonus. The owners were very friendly and helpful with excellent communication. We can’t wait to return.

Our family's first time in Maui-we had an amazing time and couldn't be happier with the property. The complex is incredibly beautiful and the condo met all our expectations and then some. We loved Mākena beach and used all the beach supplies. The unit is literally feet from the pool. It really felt like paradise. Communication with owners was excellent. We will come back !

Great place to stay. Unit is close to the pool. The deck is a great place to hang out. Would stay here again.

1st) Early afternoon arrival, condo dirty, bathrooms and toilets were dirty, sink was dirty, etc. and everything was not turned over from their last guest. We had to contact housekeeper, who came over to get the room ready. We then had to wait about 3 hours at a nearby restaurant in the same clothes we had been traveling in since 5am. By the time the room was ready to go, and we had arrived and unpacked our first day was over. We sent multiple messages to owner to calmly communicate our concerns and ask for some sort of reconciliation, and aside from a "I'll look into it message" never heard from the owner again. 2nd) We had gone grocery shopping and waited during that time to stock refrigerator.3rd) We were supplied with only 2 trash bags for our 11 day trip (told we are only provided a "starter-pack" and needed to provide our own trash bags, tissues, etc)4th) Owner did not respond until late that night and told us she would look into it and check-in with the housekeeper - we sent multiple messages, and that was the last we ever heard from her, never getting an explanation or an offer to at least refund our first night.The room itself was nice and in a good location, we love the Palms. We will look for another condo for next years stay at the Palms

We had a wondering stay - the property is spacious and well equipped with beach gear and kitchen tools! It's also a stone'e throw from the pool which was fantastic for our toddler in the afternoons. We really enjoyed our time and would recommend to family and friends!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved the property. The property was clean, the kitchen was fantastic, and the location couldn't be beat. The pool was great and the unit was a short walk to the beach - we used the included beach chairs every day! We are looking to rebook next year already!

Maui Getaway

The property gave our family of four lots of space to relax and get ready for our adventures around the island. We especially liked the proximity to the pool after a long day of hiking. The lanai was a great size to enjoy breakfast every morning, listening to the birds sing.

Great Place

Great stay and property. Exactly as advertised. Nice location within walking distance to the Shops at Wailea and the beach. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything you need to enjoy your time there.

The condo is beautifully located with a stunning garden view. Early morning coffee on the lanai was the perfect way to start the day. The accommodations were clean and comfortable with many high end touches. Bonnie provided clear communication and a great list of nearby places to help make our trip more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Amenities

We stayed 8 days, had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate going back. The beds were comfy, the condo was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and fun at the beach. The location was beautiful and close to amazing beaches.

Large Beautiful property! Well appointed with everything we needed and more. Unit has a lovely patio that opens right onto shared green space and it is just steps to the gorgeous pool. Close to everything. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time!

Great Stay

Beautiful large unit. All the amenities we needed and smooth check in process. Not really a view of water but the lanai backs out onto the green belt and is close to the pool. We had a great stay and Bonnie was a great host.
