Excellent apartment in the beautiful town of Beaulieu

The property was perfect for the two of us on our two week summer holiday on the Côte d’Azur, Spacious, well located in the centre of a very nice town, easy walk to the lovely beach on the edge of the town, comfortable and very well equipped with amenities. The host was very helpful and communication was clear. We would happily stay again.

Nice apartment, great location, good communication

Very positive experience, only let down by the cleanliness of the bathroom and some elements in the kitchen. Vara is a good host, being very accommodating with our late checkout request.

Vacances piétonnes

L’appartement est idéalement situé : 3 minutes à pieds du super marché et de la gare. Pratique lorsque l’on arrive en train depuis Nice ou que l’on veuille aller à Villefranche-sur-Mer, Monaco, Menton ou Vintimille. À deux pas des commerces, du marché et des bars-restaurants. À 10 minutes des deux plages. Le grand balcon, donnant sur une cour intérieure, est parfait pour passer des moments au calme ou pour manger. L’appartement est fonctionnelle et bien conçu et la résidence est sécurisée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Notre cher Beaulieu sur Mer😍

Mon mari et moi avons passé de merveilleuses mini vacances à Beaulieu sur Mer, l'appartement de Monsieur Chirap était très confortable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour que la vie se sente "chez soi". M. Chirapa était très communicatif et arrangeant, nous sommes arrivés le matin et il a gentiment organisé un enregistrement anticipé pour nous. Nous avons été très satisfaits de nos vacances.

Close to town center

The host was very friendly and communicated adequately. Check-in process was delayed due to host work schedule. Flat was on second floor and lift was very useful for moving luggage. The Flat could use a good cleaning. We enjoyed sitting on the front balcony with a bottle of wine watching the evening pass.

Aufenthalt in Beaulieu-sur-Mer

Die Wohnung war sehr gut für uns, 2 Personen. 4 Personen können dort übernachten, aber auf dem Balkon wird schon knapp am Tischchen zu sitzen. Im Fernseher habe ich nur französische Programmen gefunden. Zum Glück hatte ich eigenes Internetgerät gehabt. Das Bett war sehr gut für uns. In der Küche gab es alles, was man auch Zuhause hat. Ein Paar Kleinigkeiten waren defekt, haben aber uns nicht gestört. Wenn man auf der Straße parken will, muss man wissen, wie man im Automat ein Wochenticken für 20 € kaufen kann. Leider konnte die Besitzerin uns da nicht helfen. Die Bus-, oder Zugfahrt sind mehrfach günstiger als bei uns. Empfehlung: Wochenkarte für 1 Person nach Nizza kostet nur 7 €.

Great Location

Pros: Great location - convenient to many great restaurants, stores, and the train station. Strong communication with the property managers. Two toilets - important when traveling as a pair. Washing machine for laundry. Secure building. ELEVATOR! Strong Wi-Fi. Cons: The bathroom - the shower was difficult to use and the shower head often sprayed water on the floor. Also, the bathroom had a strong smell of gas, making it difficult to spend long periods of time in the room.

Manque de professionnalisme

Plusieurs détails ont perturbés notre séjour bien que l’appartement soit bien situé. La fille du propriétaire nous a accueilli, ce qui n’est bien entendu pas un soucis, mais aucun check-in n’a été réalisé ce qui aurait été bien pour la suite… pour le reste la literie était sale (cheveux, traces multiples, odeurs…), des traces douteuses sont retrouvées en nombre sur la canapé et manque d’hygiène générale (tout ça pour 48€ de frais de ménage…). De plus, nous avons du payer les conséquences des locataires d’avant, notamment le volet du balcon côté rue impossible à lever dès les premiers jours de séjour (bien entendu non mentionné auparavant alors que ce soucis était connu) ce qui nous a contraint de vivre dans le noir et ne pas profiter du balcon supplémentaire. Même si nous avions informé le propriétaire et que nous avions mentionné nous rendre disponible au besoin nous n’avons eu aucun passage de leur part (ou d’un professionnel) ce qui fait que le volet n’était toujours pas réparé à notre départ (et donc pour les prochain locataires) mais surtout aucune considération. Le parking est en supplément, ce qui est bien entendu indiqué dans l’annonce, mais on nous demande de le payer en glissant l’argent dans la boîte aux lettres que le propriétaire viendra chercher en milieu de semaine sans même passer par le logement. La possibilité d’un geste commercial (qui a été accepté par téléphone) a été transformé comme une volonté de notre part de « ne pas vouloir payer le parking ». Finalement, c’est un bon appartement en tant que tel mais gros manque de professionnalisme du propriétaire qui ne se remet pas en question, ne s’excuse pas des multiples désagréments mais surtout remet en cause la sincérité des vacanciers.

Beaulieu Appartment

Great location. Apartment clean with good air conditioning. Only surprise was an additional parking fee of 56 euros for 6 nights cannot recall this being mentioned. Owners daughter was very helpful and communicated well.

Excellent séjour, Situation exceptionnelle

A perfect place
