広さ39 m2のアパートメントは、2013年に全面改装され、アルプマリタイムのフランスで3つ星に分類されました（2014年10月）。 。

エアコン完備のアパートメントにはWIFIがあり、禁煙で4人家族を収容できます。140cmのダブルベッドのある小さなベッドルーム、160 cmのソファーベッドのあるリビングルーム、アメリカンキッチンがあります。完全装備（食器洗い機、洗濯機、電子レンジ、熱分解オーブン、誘導コンロ）、美しいイタリアのシャワー付きのバスルーム。
アパートは、ビーチやショップから300 mの豪華な建物内にあります。

バス（建物のふもと）または電車（300mの駅）を利用すれば、問題なくモナコ、エズ、ヴィルフランシュシュルメール、ニースに行くことができ、またヴェンティミーユ市場でイタリアに行くことができます。

We don’t want leave

We loved coming back to our room after touring the area and visiting all the nearby beaches. We could spend all day enjoying the view from the balcony. Tha apartment is new and bright and has every amenity. Out the door and onto the bus to Eze, Villefranche, Monte Carlo or Nice. Thank you Blandine, Thierry and Marijana. We look forward to returning.

Fantastic spot, airy apartment with wonderful view

We really enjoyed our week here. We were so grateful for the air-conditioning as the heat was intense! The flat felt spacious even with the sofa bed out all the time. The supermarket, restaurants and beaches are very close. We loved the view from the balcony! A great spot to enjoy meals in. The restaurants nearby are really expensive (we were pleased if we managed to spend less than £80 on a meal & drinks for 3). Happily the flat had everything needed to prepare meals in.

Ein phantastisches Apartment in einer tollen Umgebung

Ein wirklich tolles Apartment. Die Bilder entsprechen exakt den Zustand des Apartments. Sei es die Vermieterin, oder auch die Verwalterin, bestand immer ein sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Das Apartment liegt im vierten Stock und deshalb macht die Nähe der Straße auch kein Problem. ( Aufzug ist vorhanden). Dafür ist die Aussicht auf den Hafen und das Meer unbeschreiblich. Wenn man mit dem Auto hierher fährt, sollte man auf jeden Fall den angebotenen Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Gebäude des Apartments nutzen. Die Lage ist durch die kurzen Wege nach Nizza oder auch Monaco genial. Ich war schon viele Male in dieser Gegend, aber noch nie so positiv gestimmt. Danke nochmal für diesen tollen Urlaub. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen. Gruß Bert

Perfect location for day trips

This property is perfectly located between the TER line, a large grocery store, and the main beach. The view from the balcony is great.

Superbe appartement.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Mme Grosjean. L'appartement est en parfait état et propre. La vue sur le port de Beaulieu est magnifique. Proche des plages, de la gare, et avec un arrêt de bus à 100m de l'immeuble, cette appartement est parfait pour un séjour réussi à Beaulieu.

The apartment was spotless and fully equipped. The view across the harbour made the trip, I would definitely stay here again.

Het was boven verwachting! Heel erg last minute geboekt ivm annulering van mijn eigenlijke boeking. Zeker geen spijt van. Zeer geduldige verhuurder, dank daarvoor, en de ontzettend vriendelijke conciërge Marijana! Beaulieu is een gezellig dorp, niet te druk met prachtige stranden. We hebben vooral genoten van de vroege ochtendwandeling naar en op Cap Ferrat. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Vous allez être accueillis non pas par une bouteille d'un petit rosé ou du jus d'orange et de l'eau pour les enfants mais par quelqu'un qui va vous faire un cours sur la télévision l'utilisation du rideau l'utilisation de son lave-vaisselle l'utilisation de sa clim et surtout prendre soin de son plan de travail de sa cuisine il pense peut-être que j'habite dans une caravane il manquait une glace dans la douche comment ça s'écrit au Palais des Glaces fait-il toujours hier on peut il manquait une glace dans la douche et on se serait cru au palais des glaces maintenant ce qu'il faut dire on peut pas dormir les fenêtres ouvertes parce que toute la nuit ça roule et ça fait beaucoup de bruit la journée on reçoit des odeur d'essence qui remonte du port ou de la station-service à côté et on est tellement stressé de casser on n'ose même pas bouger dans le propriétaire est trop narcissique de son appart à part ça à Beaulieu chercher pas les plages il y en a pas à part ça tout va bien mais un rapport qualité-prix ça vaut pas la peine cordialement vous allez être accueillis non pas vous allez être accueillis non pas par une goutte

Great Two Weeks In August

We arrived at the apartment and Thierry greeted us immediately. He showed us important features of the apartment including usage of washing machine, television (which we never turned on), stove, etc. The apartment was clean and inviting. We had some issues with the electricity going off on our second morning and Thierry was at the apartment within a half hour to fix the problem. The problem appeared to be a faulty adapter that was ours that we had used. We never had another problem. The bed in the small bedroom was not very comfortable. The mattress should be replaced. The pull out couch used as a bed was very comfortable as was the couch itself. The bathroom was great! The view is remarkable of the marina, the mountains and the sea. One night there were fireworks over the marina which were fun. The apartment was quiet most of the time except late in the evening with a young child running around directly above us. But, nothing we couldn't live with. I believe they were renters since the noise disappeared after a week. I do think there should be more towels provided. We were given 2 bath towels, a single hand towel. We were told that was in the contract. No face cloths were provided. We bought some for our use on the main street in Beaulieu at the discount store. For two women it just didn't work but we did use the washing machine to have fresh towels. I would highly recommend the apartment and considering the minor flaws would love to return at a future date. Thank you, Thierry , and, hope to see you in the future.

Wonderfull holidays

Spanish Fabuloso apartamento, recomendable en todos los sentidos. Estuvimos una semana el pasado mes de Agosto y, ante todo, queremos destacar la amabilidad de su propietario, Mr. Grosjean, y la atención que nos prestó. El apartamento está completamente nuevo y decorado con muy buen gusto. El mobiliario, así como todas las facilidades y comodidades de las que dispone, es de alta calidad., tal como aparece en las fotos. Disfrutamos mucho de su amplia terraza y de las vistas que ofrece. Su localización es también perfecta: Está en el centro de Beaulieu, cerca de las atracciones que esta bella localidad ofrece, así como de la playa, de los supermercados, de la estación de tren y de las paradas de los autobuses que recorren la costa en ambas direcciones. Pasamos una semana memorable y, sin duda, volveremos. --- English Wonderful apartment, which my partner and I thoroughly recommend. We stayed for a week in August and, above all, we want to emphasize the friendliness of its owner, Mr. Grosjean, and the attention he paid to us. The apartment is brand-new and tastefully decorated. The furniture and all the facilities available are of high quality, as can be seen in the pictures. We enjoyed greatly the spacious terrace and the views it offers. Its location is also perfect : in the center of Beaulieu, close to all the amenities this beautiful location offers, as well as to the beach, supermarkets, train station and bus stop. We spent a very happy week and will certainly return.

Beautiful appartment, friendly tenant

The tenant has welcomed us friendly, although he had to wait for our arrival for some hours (because of a car breakdown). The apartment has a breathtaking view on the bay of Beaulieu-sur-Mer with its Yachts and it is modern and very tidy. Everytime again. It was our pleasure to be a guest at Thierry's place. Beautifully decorated apartment with sea view

We (a couple) enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Beaulieu-sur-mer very much. The apartment is very clean, newly and beautifully decorated and has a stunning view over the sea and the port of Beaulieu. Very good infrastructure, as stores and delicious restaurants are just a walk away. Nice and Monaco are easily reachable by car, train or bus (within 20 minutes). The very nice beach of Beaulieu is just a 5 minute walk away. Thanks to the owner Thierry who was very kind and helpful. We will definitely come again.
