Joannic was a good host. The apartment was in a lovely location, close proximity to shops and train station. The views from the apartment are stunning.

Great view and location

Joannic is very welcoming. There is a great outdoor seating area to enjoy the beautiful view. Location is perfect as it is close to the bus, train, Super U grocery store and restaurants. The unit is very functional with a well stocked kitchen. There is AC throughout the unit and a washer/dryer.

Vous pouvez accueillir Mary dans votre logement sans aucun problème . Mary est très sympathique et a laissé l'appartement très propre. Je la recommande.

Joannic's apartment was fabulous, the best I have stayed in in Beaulieu-sur-Mer. It had everything I needed for a great holiday and the star of the show was the huge terrace with the stunning sea views. The apartment is well situated, close to all amenities and felt very safe for a solo female traveller. The apartment had air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom plus a ceiling fan in the bedroom. I found it more comfortable to sleep with the doors to the terrace open but that's just perdonal preference. Joannic was a good host, flexible about check in/check out times and responsive to phone calls. I can't wait to come back!

Fanastic sea views

Spacious apartment, in a well lit road, in a good location with absolutely stunning views. Easy access to shops, train station, Cap Ferrat and beaches. Joannic was an excellent host. We experienced a minor issue with the plumbing but Joannic sorted the problem out immediately. Overall we had a lovely stay in a lovely apartment. We are looking to go again next year.

Appartement avec vue

Nous voulions une vue sur la mer et, depuis deux balcons, nous avons vu la mer en panoramique. Appartement près de la gare, très utile pour emprunter le TER qui suit la côte. Appartement près des commerces. Résidence bien tenue. Et Beaulieu-sur-Mer a échappé au bétonnage de la côte.
