ベルモント公園の南約4ブロックにあり、桟橋の反対方向に歩いてすぐです。に最適な場所
平和な休暇とサンディエゴとその周辺の多くの楽しいアクティビティへの短い乗車。可能性は無限大！

この家には、大きなフラットスクリーンテレビ、美しいクォーツカウンタートップとダイニングテーブルとグルメキッチンと完全なリビングルームがあります。
オーシャンビューの広々としたパティオにつながるすべてのオープンコンセプトスペース。この地上階には、大型フラットスクリーンテレビとスパのようなマスターバスルームを備えたマスターベッドルームもあります。

タオルとリネンが用意されています。ビーチタオル、椅子、傘を持参してください。

1つの駐車スペースと、ビーチの後をすすぐための屋外シャワーがあります。

Great home

Great location and updated home. Living room couch could be updated as it was a bit worn - but the home was beautiful, comfortable and the owner was so helpful with suggestions and little amenities that were thoughtful (take out menus, etc)Would definitely recommend staying

Wonderful property in a great location

This property was amazing. Like new with great everything you need to feel at home for two weeks. Furniture, appliances, dishes, bedding, towels, beach towels, beach chairs. It all made it so easy to feel at home. That is on top of a great location that was close to the beach and bay side. Food and drink also within walking distance. Yet, it was nice a quite at night. Great property!

Convenient MB

Property was clean, modern, UpToDate and just as pictured. Only complaint was the cable TV system-awkward to use and kept going offline. just hard to use. Great location-great host-will want to come back!

2024 Vacation

The property is beautiful and just a few steps to the beach. Very quiet. The only downside was the host tried to "upsale" the balcony on the second floor, which we declined and the house rules asked that we "do the laundry". This was not in our contract, nor stated in the listing. Since we paid a cleaning fee we didn't feel this was appropriate, so we didn't.

Fantastic Stay

We have been to San Diego 4 times now and this was by far our best VRBO experience. Communication with the property owner was fantastic, the house was clean and ready for us, and the location was simply awesome. It's about a 50 yard walk to the boardwalk where you can walk to restaurants and to the beach. We did not even need our car once we were here. I have saved this listing and if we come back to San Diego we will definitely be looking here.

Absolutely beautiful!

New and and totally up to date property that is managed with pride by the owner. Ginnie is easy to get ahold of when needed and is a gracious host. The place is just steps from the beach, takeout restaurants serving Mexican and Italian fare as well as breakfast, a couple of bars frequented by locals and small beach markets. It is a short walk to Belmont Park and the restaurants of Mission Beach. We loved our stay there.

Beach Getaway

My wife and I stayed here while in San Diego for our mini-moon. The house comes exactly as advertised and was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could want or need. The location was perfect being only steps away from the beach where we could go relax in the beach chairs provided by the host. Ginny was easy to reach and communicate with and a superb host. I would highly recommend this rental for any couple looking to spend some time in San Diego.

Amazing Stay

Prefect Beach House

A short walk west to the ocean beach and east to the bay beach, it's a prefect placement. This house is immaculate! It has a beautiful patio. The owners are extremely responsive and provided great dining and tourist recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer!!
