Beautiful Naples Location.

Excellent 2 bedroom town house property in an outstanding location. Everything you need for a relaxed vacation just 2 blocks from the beach. Very comfortable beds, nice size accomodation, 2 separate ensuite shower rooms, well equipped kitchen. Set in lovely gardens with a good size swimming pool. With 5th Avenue South just 5 mins walk what's not to like. Highly recommended!

Clean and spacious modern apartment in a great location

We enjoyed very much our stay in Vito's apartment. Everything is very modern, funktional and clean. It is as shown in the pictures. Everything worked very well including WLAN. The communication with Vito was very easy before and during our stay. He is a great host. We will certainly come back.

Beach stay

You can’t beat this condo for location and condition. Beds are wonderful and unit kitchen and baths have been renovated, unlike a lot of places in the area.

THE BEST LOCATION/STAY IN NAPLES!!!

Vito was super cool and accommodating while I was searching for an apartment down here, the place was perfect with everything I needed and very comfy beds and the location was AMAZING!!!! Super short walk to the beach(2 blocks) that I went to every day and night, and 2 blocks as well to the downtown main 5th Ave! Not to mention there is a beautifully kept pool just steps out your front door! I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else and have already recommended to all my family members coming in to visit me!

First Class

The property is in a wonderful location only 2 blocks from the beach and 3 blocks from 5th Ave. It is very well appointed and had everything we needed for a most enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The swimming pool was very clean, large and deep; the ensuite bedrooms were large and comfortable; and the living area/kitchen had all the comforts you could wish for. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property for a vacation in Naples - you would struggle to get anywhere better.

Wonderful location and beautifully furnished.

We stayed for a month this August with our teenage daughter. This is a gem of a property with a wonderful location, 4 minutes to the beach and 5 mins to my favourite coffee shop . This townhouse is extremely spacious with two very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was literally outside our front door and was in pristine condition. Looking forward to booking again for next summer.

Sehr schöne Anlage und sehr nette Nachbarn

Gepflegte, saubere und komfortable Wohnung mit grossem Pool, Weber Grill und 300m zum Strand. Die Bewohner (z.T. Eigentümer) der anderen 5 Wohnungen waren durchweg sehr nett und unkompliziert. Daher die Nutzung des Pools, des Grills und der Gartenmöbel nie ein Problem.

Outstanding! Modern, comfortable condo in exceptional location

We rented this condo for the month of March, 2018 with another couple and had a fabulous vacation! The condo is one of just 6 on the property. It has been completely renovated and modernized, comfortably and tastefully furnished and equipped. The dual master suites with king size beds and en suite baths are perfect for 2 couples, assuring comfort, convenience and privacy. The large pool is surrounded by an expansive, well furnished pool deck perfect for relaxing and is complimented by a generous private garden. The location is unbeatable - 2 blocks to the beach, and 2 blocks to the shops and dining on 5th Avenue! To top it all off, Vito is a helpful, easy going host ready to respond to any inquiries. Definitely a great vacation spot!

Great month in Naples!

My husband and I just spent the month of January in Naples at this newly renovated condo. The locations is perfect! 2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from 5th Ave. in Olde Naples. The condo is well appointed and we enjoyed meeting the owners of the other condos as well ( 6 in all). Vito and his wife were readily available for any questions and concerns we had. You will not be disappointed in staying in this lovely condo.

Appartamento stupendo

Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone, appena tornati in Italia da Naples e questo non è proprio un bel periodo per via del caldo umido, ma per fortuna avevamo questo appartamento che abbiamo trovato pulitissimo, con ogni tipo di confort: cucina tecnologica dove non mancava nulla, aria condizionata perfetta, lenzuola e asciugamani di ricambio, asciugamani da mare, ferro ed asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, Wi-Fi, arredato in modo confortevole, persino bicicletta a disposizione e da non dimenticare la piscina curatissima. Tranquillo, silenzioso e vicinissimo alla 5a ed al mare. Insomma malltempo a parte, siamo stati veramente bene. Se proprio volessimo trovare dei difetti irrilevanti aggiungerei qualche piatto per evitare di far funzionare meno la lavastoviglie ed essendo la casa abbastanza grande, invece della aspirapolvere con ricarica la doterei di un'aspirapolvere elettrica. Comunque, a parte questi piccoli dettagli, l appartamento è perfetto!

Absolutely Beautiful!

We had a wonderful time in Naples, as always. First time renting this apartment. It is stunning, completely renovated, the pool right in front of your door and the beach just 2 blocks away! The Favia's are a very nice family and we'll stay in touch. We can highly recommend this apartment!
