Great stay by the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was great. Fantastic view from the balcony, comfortable beds, great all around. Would rent this place again! Great communication from the management company as well.

Spring Break 2025

Family from Michigan escaping the cold and gloom. This property was absolutely amazing. Everything was easy and so clean. The weather cooperated so that made the experience even better! We would definitely be back!!!!

So happy with our stay

We loved our stay. The Miramar area was perfect for our family. The proximity to the beach was great and the room was clean. The master bedroom mattress could for sure be updated and a few more amenities, like toilet paper would be amazing. But overall we loved it and would come back again.

Small Family Vacation

I am rating it 5 stars but here are some things that I think could be improved - There is a lot of clutter with decorations and the decor/furniture is not conducive to an infant. There is not a rocking chair, high chair, etc.. The coffee table is glass and has a chunk missing out of the edge which is very sharp. We actually covered it with a few bandaids. The dryer has a horrible squeak/whistle the entire time it runs and the door is vented so you hear it the entire time. Same with the dishwasher, it to had a horrible noise when started. Overall, all appliances worked so we tried to run them only when we were gone. The condo was located in a wonderful spot, and close to the beach. It was clean. The pool areas were nice. Bring your own towels if you stay here.

Great location for families

The property was clean and well kept. The only negative was the ceiling fan in the master didn’t work and one of the closet doors is off the track. It was spacious for 2 adults and 3 young children. The balcony has nice views of the pools and the ocean. Only half of one of the pools is heated. Beach access is just across the street from the rental. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance. The restaurant on-site had decent food and very affordable, the service however is slow.

The property was overall a nice property. The beds definitely need to be replaced. They were not comfortable. We did contact the Property Management Company and a young man came and put a mattress topper on the beds. The toilet in the master bedroom needs to be fixed it moved a little bit. But again overall the property was clean and nice. Beautiful scenic view of the ocean. I would sugest the owner provide additional rolls of tissue for each bathroom. I would also suggest some complimentary detergent pods to wash clothes.

The View

The view was spectacular! The pictures online do not do the view ANY justice. The view alone makes this condo worth every penny. The connected bar with the live music was an extra perk as well—a great condo to watch the Fourth of July fireworks from the balcony or the beach.

Exactly what i expected!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Condo was very clean and updated throughout. Easy access to swimming pools and the gorgeous beach. Beaut view from the balcony. Would definitely book again. Only thing i would recommend is a broom to be able to sweep up the sand. I found a dust pan, but no broom. Therefore, we vacuumed a few times during our stay.

Good stay with a few minor drawbacks

Cable TV cord in kid’s room was broken upon checking in. Bought one at Wal-mart for $12 and left it in condo. Dishes were good but cooking utensils need replacing. Kitchen and living room furniture had smell and a lot of fragrance was used to cover it up. Several outlets did not work. Great view, clean, overall very good. Would recommend to friend.
