Very nice refurbished apartment with 1 double suite, complete bathroom, complete kitchen and cozy and comfortable seating and relaxing areas, located inside the old town near the Dalt Vila entrance in a very nice and sunny street and a historical building, where it has been respected its façade and all its details, even having recovered and traited part of its historical floors as “flooring carpets”. Live in an apartment which transmits all the history of the old Ibiza with all modern and new comforts

The location of this property alone was fantastic, in the middle of Ibiza Town, lots of delicious food options, shopping, delicious ice creams and cocktails. Upon entering, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator so be aware of your luggage size youll have to climb up a set of stairs. When I opened the door, the first thing I noticed was the beautiful windows with natural lighting overlooking the town. Absolutely lovely to wake up to. Bathroom had a sink for 2 which I appreciated, I was also grateful for the washing machine also located inside bathroom. The spacing between the washer door and wall was a little challenging but its doable. There is no drier but included drying racks which dried in 24 hours w the exception of heavier fabrics. Kitchen was in great condition small electric stove, mini fridge, and dishwasher. Theres a convenient market right outside, pharmacy and boutique shopping in area. The only thing missing for me personally was a full length mirror. Otherwise i highly recommend this stay, you will enjoy it!

Slechte service en achteraf rare nabetaling

Appartement op zich ok, maar heel summiere service, geen bedden-of handdoekenwissel, dus vier dagen met 2 handdoeken. Achteraf kregen we bericht dat we de sleutel in de deur hadden laten zitten en daardoor de deur vanaf de gang door een sleutelmaker opengemaakt moest worden, waarvan de kosten op ons verhaald werden. Heel raar, deur kon gewoon worden opengemaakt van buiten. Zeker geen aanrader deze verhuurder!
