a couple small things to look out for

Our stay was great.. Everything was wonderful, except that the fridge and freezer doors were hard to close. Additionally, the TV in the living room doesn't allow you to watch cable or connect to the internet. Just beware if they say 9am is checkout, at 8:45am, they reset the door code. At 9 sharp, cleaning women walk in the door and start to clean

Quiet in October

I spent 5 days at the property with my daughter. The beach was quiet.It wasn’t crowded. The view of the ocean was great from the condo. The bed was comfortable. It was a very nice stay.

Great spot to chill by the beach

Excellent view from the 5th floor, both rooms have their own bathroom and balcony! Will come back again.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW AND PERFECT LOCATION

AMAZING PROPERTY! THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY WERE STUNNING. SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. THE POOL WAS ALWAYS NICE AND CLEAN. WILL DEFINITLY COME BACK. LOVED IT!!

A nightmare condo!

Where do I start? Broken beds, dark mold on shower doors and other places, WiFi that didn’t work, stained thin cushions, meager kitchen supplies, needed deep cleaning and a ridiculous checkout time to name a few of the things that were wrong. The location was great and the manager was sympathetic but there was only so much they could do.

Regency tower's East

Having a large group to vacation with is so hard for us to find a place within our budget and not be standing over each other. Regency tower's East so so accommodating!!!! We had a full kitchen,2 bathroom's and a stackable washer/dryer combo that helped out so much. Beautiful view in a quiet building. Definitely 5 stars!

Primero la tesecacuin original no fue cumplida. Un día antes del viaje me llaman para decirme que ese condominio no estaba listo por remodelaciones. Me envían dos opciones una que era imposible decir que si por el número de personas que iríamos y la otra opción era la única pero no tenia el mismo número de camas que la reservacion origina pero igual aceptamos porque ni modo ya solo faltaba un día para el viaje. Me hacen el cambio y se supone devolverían la llamada nunca lo hicieron tuve que llamar yo y cuando me.encian la información estaba equivocada las fechas no correspondían. Entonces se supone que me.harian un reenvolso de la diferencia del.precio original y nunca recibí un correo con la información del reembolso y en mi cuenta de banco NO aparece. Luego me dicen que ya corrigieron las fechas perp que tengo que pagar $175 más porque ese es el precio para las fechas que yo necesito y eso si lo cobraron inmediatamente perp mi reembolso del condominio del contrato original nunca lo recibí. Luego nunca me dijeron que la piscina no se podía usar poruqe estaba en mantenimiento anual. Y eso no aparece en la información que tienen en Internet ni que el edificio está en remodelaciones. El lugar está bien ubicado pero la atención de servicio al cliente DELO PEOR y eso es igual de importante y por eso yo no los recomendaría.

Perfect Condo!!

This place was fantastic!! Our entire family enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was spotless and the floorplan layout was perfect for us. The condo complex was quiet and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well organized. There was excellent water pressure in the bathrooms for showers. The washer/dryer combo was a plus. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf every morning as we sat on the balcony with our coffee. The beach was only steps away. We hated to leave. We will be returning and will want to stay in this particular condo again.

Nice Week away

This property is in a nice quiet part of Pensacola. The pool is clean and the beach is right there. We had a great view of the pool and beach. This unit is older than ones I've stayed in before, but was good. And the bed configuration was exactly what we needed and each room has it's own bathroom! And good water pressure. Most things are provided. Little things were missing, like a pizza cutter, and basic spices like salt and pepper. Otherwise I felt it had everything we needed. (you do need to bring your own paper towels and TP, they did have one roll to get you started). They had a small thing of dish soap and two dishwasher tabs which was all we needed for the week. Overall Great stay.

Property was as advertised. Awesome beach front view and access. Beach access was literally right off of elevators. Pool and grounds are very well kept. The only issue is the coffee maker is broke, but was able to use the kettle to make coffee. Very small issue, just wanted the owner to be aware of it.
