Great Stay

Great property, clean, updated, everything you need is there, great location to the pool and beach, with it being on the second floor just one thing of stairs don’t have to use the elevator, stairs located just steps from the condo door, great view to the pool and ocean, we went in November and pool was heated and warm. The master bath was beautiful up to date. Couches and beds comfortable. Renter was great, will come back!

The best fall break trip

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. We have been to Tops’l several times and this unit has been the best we’ve stayed in. Extremely clean, comfy beds, perfect view of the pool and beach with an easy walk down the stairs right to the pool entrance. Many rental units have bare minimum supplies in the kitchen. Here it was not the case. Had everything we needed and then some. Loved the porch furniture as well. As always we enjoyed the sports courts and putt putt. Communication with owner was top notch. Will be our new go to rental at this resort.

Great location and view

The owners were great communicators, let us know when condo was clean so we could check in early, The pictures are accurate! Easy access to pool/beach via stairs or elevators. Plenty of carts to unload/load luggage/groceries. Beach chairs/umbrella available for rent-first come first serve

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Couldn't have been any better. The unit was spotless and well equipped with cookware. The views were amazing. The balcony was our favorite hangout spot the majority of our trip. The beach was a short walk. The pools and other amenities were top-notch. Joe was a wonderful host and we hope to stay again in the future.

Wonderful condo- perfect for families

This condo is adorable and everything you want in a vacation home! The second floor— allows you to see the beach and pool clearly. Kids can swim while you cook dinner and monitor from balcony! Love this condo— you will too!

Awesome place. I’ve stayed in a few different places over the years and now I won’t stay anywhere else for the years to come. Beautiful updated place. Couldn’t ask for a better location right off the stairs you can be in the pool or the sand in seconds! Super comfy beds and everything you could ever need in the kitchen.

Quick beach and pool access

Tides 202 may be a lower floor but the view is still gorgeous overlooking the pool and beach. The pool/beach access is on the 1st floor (not ground) so it's really fast to take the stairs and not have to use the elevators on the other side of the complex. We had a few maintenance issues but they came immediately and fixed the problems quickly. Some of the furniture and bedding was older but overall it was a decent place to stay and the Owner was amazing with communication before/during/after our visit.

Paradise on the Beach

Our stay was a fun filled week of sun and fun. Everything from great beds, beautiful views of the patio, coffee pods, seasonings, plenty of starter essentials. We loved the location because it was so close to the pool. The onweners were super helpful.

Location, location, location!

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with everything you need for your stay! The owners were fantastic! Joe reached out upon booking to get to know us a bit. Such a nice guy! He provided check in info, made sure we got in okay, and checked back midway to ensure we were enjoying our stay (which we were). Everything was perfect and I highly recommend the condo and the owners to anyone.

We loved everything about our stay here!! Beautiful and well-kept condo with amazingly beautiful views and super easy access to the pools and beach. We enjoyed all of the amenities the resort provided as well.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the unit itself, the cleanliness of the unit, location, view, the supplies in the unit, communication with the property manager, etc. In 25 years of coming down here, this unit is probably my favorite. Nothing negative to say!

Perfect spring break getaway

Working with Joe was delightful. Everything from booking to check out. He was so very helpful, gave us recommendations on restaurants and happy hours in the area ;) From the minute we walked in to the house the whole place just brought the best beach vibes and smiles to our faces. We didn’t want to leave. The house was clean and stocked linens, towels, paper towel, to, soaps etc. There we’re even beach chairs umbrellas and sand toys that we weren’t expecting . The house is in perfect location and proximity to shops, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and of course the pool and the ocean. You’re close enough to the hustle and bustle of Destin. But being on the west end it definitely felt quieter and a little more laid-back than other places in Destin and Fort Walton that we have stayed . The whole property is well-maintained and charming. Many great memories made. We hope to come back. Thank you for sharing your house with us Joe and Susan!

Wonderful vacation spot!

We have stayed at the Tides three other times, and this was our favorite place by far. The apartment was clean and well-stocked, the decorations were adorable, and the views were amazing! We loved this property and want to visit again.

Wonderful

Great Condo. Location was awesome. View was beautiful. Beach was wonderful. Pool was clean and fun. Joe was super sweet, great communicator, and made the process super easy. Condo was well stocked. Clean. The door had a deadbolt which is amazing when you have small children. Loved that.
