Enjoy the spectacular turquoise waters of the Gulf of America through a wall of glass doors that open to a spacious balcony from Tides Unit 804! The breathtaking balcony views from this unit allow you to sit back and watch the stunning sunrise or sunset over the Gulf.

Cozy up in a warm, comfortable setting with flat-screen TVs throughout. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and fully equipped. The condo has a washer/dryer, secure WIFI connection, along with a Smart DVD Player and Cable TV.

The Master Suite features a king-size bed and a large flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a full-size bed, along with low bunks providing easier access for our youngest guests. The second bedroom also includes a flat-screen TV.

There is no need to worry about your vehicle sitting out in the hot sun all day because this unit comes with a designated covered parking spot.

The Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort is a private gated community offering special amenities such as a sun deck and gas grills. Fine dining is available at the on-site Ocean Club Restaurant. It's conveniently located near top-rated shopping and dining options in the area like Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin. The resort is conveniently located in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin area 10 miles east of Destin and 3 miles west of CR-30A. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more! The Tides building is beachfront – only a few quick steps from the powdery white, sandy beaches. A nature preserve calmly sits to your East allowing for gorgeous scenery and glimpses of wildlife as well as far less-crowded beaches.

First of all the room was not ready when we got there. We were early so we messed around all day waiting for 4 o’clock then went there still didn’t have a code and the door was locked and at that time the cleaning lady came running down the highway and let us in And begin putting trash bags in pillow covers, etc. Then in the master bedroom, there are stains on the master bed valance on the bottom that look like they’ve been there for a long time. Half of the drawers in the kitchen and the bathroom, barely open like the wheels are cracked or broken or something so that was a nuisance . Then also the room overall just seemed like the kitchen items were rundown. The icemaker in the freezer does not work. And the Keurig coffee maker has something missing to wear it just squirts coffee all over the counter when you turn it on.

First time in Miramar Beach and first time renting from Gibson

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Security staff were all very friendly. Disappointed that the advertised Tides building is "beachfront,only a few quick steps until your tired feet set foot on the white, sandy beaches." and the only way to get to the beach from the Tides, prior to 9:00 am, is to walk around to the front of Beach Manor, and while there is a sidewalk, it was dug up and roped off in several places which meant walking on the slanted, uneven ground around the pond. We walk daily and due to the cool windy weather attempted to walk through the Tops'l grounds the first couple of days instead of the beach. There was a lot of construction going on with the sidewalks and homes having roofs repaired. In many places we had to walk in the street or off the side in the grassy area. It would have been nice to know all of that prior to our visit. We rented chairs on the beach for 6 days and decided to spend our last day relaxing at the pool as the unit was advertised as having access to 2 Gulf front pools, building pool & resort pool, we had planned on staying on site the full day, eating at the Blue Dunes Grill and retiring early as we had an early flight the next day. Instead, a sign was put out about 1:00 pm, saying the lower pool and restaurant would be closing at 2:00 for a special event, which happened to be a wedding at 5:00 on the beach. It would have been nice to have been made aware of that in advance so that we could have made other arrangements. Then at 1:45 a man from the restaurant came out on the patio and rudely screamed for everyone to get their stuff and leave the pool now, that they were closing! We moved to the "Tides" pool but needless to say we did not have dinner at the Blue Dunes Grill, we also weren't able to retire early due to the festivities that went on until late. Overall the vacation was good, but the construction was an annoyance and the day at the pool left a lot to be desired.

My boys got a lot of use out of the basketball and pickleball and it was nice that the equipment was provided amd in good shape. The only issue we had was that by renting from Gibson, we were not allowed to use the fitness center (they said other rental companies had this available to them). Overall we had a fantastic trip!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation at the Tides of Tops'L. It was off the main highway so no road noises. The property was kept very well and was very clean. The pools were nice and we enjoyed the heated pool. They had a nice bar and grill area that was still open by the pool. The private beach access made it easy to enter the beach area. We had access to shuffle board, pickel ball courts, and put-put. It was a nice quiet family oriented place for kids as well. We would definitely visit this place again!

Great beach view

Great location and gorgeous views of the beach. Unit was clean and well maintained. The only issue was a loose kitchen faucet and a noisy ice maker( which we turned off at night). We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great getaway and super clean unit!

The pictures does this unit no justice. It’s so cute and welcoming. The view of the ocean is amazing. We were kissed with a corner of heaven every day and night. This unit is literally the cleanest unit or hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. We are big on wiping down the rooms upon arrival. And when you wipe down things and find no dust or residue on the rag, that’s a wonderful thing. The only con was the Welcome app. I was never able to access it. My email address didn’t work to access it. And I never could find my booking or folio number. The instructions never mentioned I would receive a text with the room access. So I unknowingly received the access info text while in route to the beach. Upon arrival, I thought I didn’t have the access info, so I had to call after hours support. That ended up being a lengthy call. Though the agent was very nice, he didn’t have much more info than I did. Then he had them text me to confirm my ability to access the unit. That’s when I noticed the original access email. It was a little inconvenient, but I was able to get in. And we had a wonderful relaxing time. Also didn’t, have clear access to the free activities that came with the room.. I’m sure I could have called to get it, but it rained most of our stay, so it was all good. Thanks again for a wonderful experience! I will definitely be back!!!!

Great views but bad first impression

Was disappointed when we received a notification after the normal check-in time that the condo's sink was clogged by the previous guest and was currently inoperable. Property Mgmt stated they would try to find a plumber as quickly as possible; might be the next day. With 2 sinks and a dishwasher filled with brown, stinky water and no word by 10:15am the next morning, we initiated communication through text for the status of the plumber's arrival. By noon the sink and dishwasher were unclogged; however, we then had to wash half of the utensils in the drawer and rewash the dishes that had been left in the dishwasher. The window in the front bedroom doesn't close or lock. The sliding door in the master doesn't lock. There was a gaping hole in the "patch" in the ceiling in the front bathroom. We felt like there was room for improvement because of these issues. Overall, nice condo, comfortable beds and plenty of seating in living room. Lovely and large master bath shower. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Covered parking a plus. Use of umbrella and 2 chairs in room was convenient.

The condo was very nice and the property was lovely. The king mattress was really uncomfortable, it felt like you were going to roll off of it and was very lumpy! Might be time for a new one.

Amazing condo

Beautiful and clean condo with amazing view of the Gulf. Be aware that you can only use clay tennis courts if you rent from Vacasa. However, the one hard court at the Tides is very nice and the mini golf and other activities were great.

Everything was as expected, view was great from the balcony . The beach was clean and nice sand . Pools were clean and not over crowded. Only knock I guess was pool side bar was expensive but I guess that’s to be expected

We stayed in Miramar Beach on our first visit and had the best family vacation ever!!! We enjoyed the area so much that we chose to have a second home there so we could relive the same family experience each year! We LOVE the beautiful ocean views from the condo. We really enjoy the sound of waves and the constant breeze even when we are taking a break from the sand. We frequently stay in our condo and strive to keep things as clean, fresh, and comfortable as possible. We want you to enjoy the comfort of our home as much as we do!
There is no need to worry about your vehicle sitting out in the hot sun all day because this unit comes with a designated covered parking spot.
