We enjoyed our stay,but a couple of suggestions. We stayed two weeks--- we were provided two kitchen garbage bags, and two pods for the dishwasher. I know we have a responsibility to provide some of those things for ourselves, but these quantities are rather inadequate for a multiple week stay.
Also we have stayed multiple weeks in other Sundial units where weekend cleanings were provided. I think you could better serve your customers by doing the same ( if a customer is not staying over,the unit has to be cleaned anyway). Your team was very responsive, bringing us an additional set of keys when our first ones would not work. Also, they promptly responded when we had an issue with one of the TVs.
They did drop the "ball" in one instance. During our visit the water was turned off by the city for repairs or maintenance. We were in the midst of doing a load of laundry when the shutdown started. When service was restored, the washer overflowed. We had to use our towels to clean up the water. We reported this issue to the office ,and were promised fresh towels within the hour. We never got those towels.
