This charming space features a full bed, 42 HD" TV, full kitchen and a full bathroom. The full kitchen is is accompanied by a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Large windows invite picturesque views of the mountains and skyline into the living space.

Please note there this no reserved parking for this unit. However, street parking is generally accessible and easy to find outside of the building. Street parking is available without restriction M-F, whereas weekends have parking limitations which are indicated on street signs.

Located in the heart of Santa Barbara, you’ll be steps from the beach and blocks from Stearn’s Wharf and the harbor, world renowned dining and downtown shops, as well as the Public Market and our own local farmer’s market. Close proximity to the vibrant Funk Zone also adds to the allure. This nook where the streets meet the ocean, was was one an industrial spot, but is now a flourishing space with lively and artistic locale. The benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station further allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.
