Had a wonderful stay in Santa Barbara at the Santa Rosa room. The walk to and from the funk zone was a perfect amount of exercise for the day to return back to the room on the quiet street of Corona Del Mar. I would definitely come and stay again.

Great location

Wonderful getaway at the Santa Rosa Suite. One block from the beach, free parking and close to restaurants near the wharf. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great space for a small weekend

The space was perfect for a short weekend stay. It has close access to the beach while staying off the main road. The space was very clean and easily accessible, and had plenty of room for myself and a friend for the weekend.

The property itself was cute and matched the listing description. That said, we ran into a couple of issues worth mentioning.First, we found drops of blood on our comforter, as well as on one of the chairs by the small table where we ate breakfast. Second, that same table area had a safety problem: one of the chairs had a loose leg, which we noticed while looking out the large window near it. On our first morning, that same leg gave out completely while I was sitting down to eat, and I nearly fell forward into my breakfast. I moved the chair aside and let the property manager know right away. It really does need to be repaired or replaced before another guest gets hurt.

Great Location

Great neighborhood and a super cool property. Just a quick walk to the beach and conveniently located to State Street (longer walk or short Uber) for dinner and drinks.

Quaint apartment, great location

Spent a couple of days at this quaint apartment. Great location - short walk to the beach, oceanfront trails and State Street. Super close to the zoo and the Moxi for the kids

Amazing location!

Such a great location with a short walk to the beach. Very close to the zoo as well. The unit was clean and exactly as described. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
