We've stayed in numerlous short term rentals in some amazingly beautiful spots. However, this was at or near the top. Very comfortable, clean, spacious and near everything in Venice. The host arranged a water taxi, met us at the stop, and escorted us to our space. Such a great spot and photos can't do it justice. If you are looking for a special vacation, this is the place!

This place is a dream. We wished we stayed longer than 2 days. Our host gave us great dinner recommendations. Place was perfect for our family of five. It was clean, spacious and beautiful.

Better than expected!!

This VRBO is a must!!! The check in process and the location was perfect. The house it self was amazing and we hated to only have 2 days in this location. We could have stayed for 2 whole weeks…my one and only complaint was there were no paper towels but after learning about how they do their trash we understood. So if the only thing that was bad as a lack of paper towels then this was perfect in my opinion. We were a party of 6 and this VRBO meet all of our needs.

We loved our stay here, beautiful unit, the location was great, it was quiet, easy walk to different sites. Air conditioning worked great. I don’t think the listing mentions it, but they do have washer and dryer onsite in the downstairs lobby area, just not in the actual unit. They have a nice elevator that goes right into the unit, so easy for luggage. This accommodated our family of six nicely. Our contacts were able to arrange a water taxi both for arrival and return, which made thing easier. Highly recommend!

This was a fabulous unit. Every room was well appointed, the bathrooms were comfortable, and it was a relaxing "home" to return to throughout the day. I couldn't recommend this apartment more highly. Thank you!

Beautiful clean apartment in perfect neighbourhood

Perfect apartment as a base for exploring Venice. My husband, adult son and I stayed 6 nights in this beautiful 3 bedroom apartment and it was even better than we had expected. The apartment is large and the kitchen fully functional if you want to try out some of the amazing Italian ingredients from the market. The beds are all very comfortable and the air conditioning is comprehensive. We walked everywhere from the apartment as it's centrally located while in a quiet area (did not have to sleep with earplugs!) Best of all the hosts are amazing. They answered almost immediately, arranged tours, had so many helpful suggestions and really made our stay special. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property and the hosts. We hope to return to Venice one day and would definitely stay here again!

Great for large families, ideal location, very comfortable home

This property and host were everything that we could have asked for in a Venice holiday. From the very beginning everything was easy. The host booked the water taxi for us which provided an exhilarating departure from sitting on a plane for 14 hours. The taxi delivered us within 2 mins of the front door. No steps or bridges to navigate with luggage. The property was ideal for us and our 4 teenage children. Everyone had a bathroom, or quiet space to relax whenever they needed one. The kitchen is very functional and clean, with new high-tech appliances. Washers and dryers on the ground level worked very well(there may not always be laundry soap, but you can buy some nearby). The elevator directly to the apartment is very modern, and a nice touch. The location is fantastic, only about 5 - 8 mins walk to St. Marks square. L'Angelo pizza slices were a big hit for my teenagers, 3 min walk and the best pizza we had in Italy. Looking out onto the square provided for great people watching and made everything feel more spacious. I highly recommend this apartment.

We were a group of 2 adults and 5 kids staying at the flat and it couldn’t have been more convenient or better. The staff at views on Venice organised a cooking class and mask making and were just so accommodating and helpful. Definitely will be back.

Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, con grande gusto, lussuoso nell’arredo e nel corredo. Un appartamento di design, a partire dall’illuminazione perfetta, suggestiva, ai letti con grandi materassi comodi, fino alla climatizzazione personalizzabile in ciascuna stanza. Elettrodomestici top di gamma, stoviglie molto belle firmate, stanze spaziose e confortevoli. Il tutto in un appartamento molto pulito (importantissimo!) e ben situato nella città. Semplicemente complimenti! Un piccolissimo dettaglio: ci sono due viti allentate, una nel portello della spazzatura in cucina e un’altra nel porta carta igienica in un bagno.

Height of luxury in the capital of culture

Everything you could ask for. Great for family or small group. Close to everything, but relatively quiet. Customer service best I've ever had in a short term rental, and I've stayed in many.

Property as advertised

This is a fantastic property right in the middle of Venice. The apartment was exactly as the pictures represented too. If I could change one thing, it would be to figure out a way to pre-order groceries prior to arrival. The Co-op grocery store is a bit of a walk when carrying bags in the heat of late June. It would have been nice (smart on my part) to pre-order coffee and breakfast food ahead. I also didn't know that the company has a cooking school and other concierge services prior to arrival so check that out too! Finally, I highly recommend taking a private water taxi from the airport upon arrival - they will set up for you. Great way to kick off any time in Venice!

A fantastic home away from home

Our entire experience in Venice was exceptional because of Marta and Views on Venice. The apartment is so cozy and comfortable and fit our family of 5 perfectly! It’s close to everything and the recommendations that Marta gave us for restaurants was spot on. We will be returning! I’m not sure there’s anything to improve upon. It truly was a great experience. The trash/recycling was a bit stressful, but we figured it out.
