Parking notes: One City of Rehoboth Parking Permit provided & valid May 15 to September 15, annually. Street parking is free September 16 to May 14, annually.
Please note that the provided parking permit is valid for non-metered street parking only. The street directly in front of the rental property has metered parking.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Couldn’t beat the location for the boardwalk, the beach, and the strip! It was so clean, comfortably air conditioned, and smelled great too! Thank you for your prompt correspondence when needed. The screened in porch was a nice “outdoor” space, but the picnic table in the yard needs a little TLC;). We loved off season Rehoboth!

Would not go back. Location was good and it was clean. The furniture sucked. The convection hot plate only worked with 2 of the 8 pots. No hooks or hangers anywhere. The yard was run down. The view from the front porch was 6 large garbage cans against the back of the house between the rental and the street. If your not planning on cooking and bring your own furniture it’s not too bad.

Parking was a bit of a hassle, as I had to park 2–3 blocks away or use metered parking.

Overall, it was a very nice stay. The ease of checking in was no problem. The space was clean upon our arrival. The parking situation was a bit confusing, but thankfully the tenants in A and myself were able to communicate together so I could park in the driveway as well. The listing was a bit misleading, we didn’t realize we would be behind a big house. That should be stated a bit more clearly in the description. Also, no fault of the upstairs tenants, but the movement you could hear above was a lot! Thank you, for an enjoyable vacation.

Great location, clean unit

This was my first experience booking a property via VRBO. The experience was perfect. I sent a few questions to the property manager which were answered quickly, the booking process was easy. Checkin was simple using the door code. The unit was clean and close to everything. The only thing that is missing is a dishwasher. Definitely would rent again.

Great location

Pros:-great location (a couple blocks from everything, beach, downtown, etc.)-clean and tidy-comfy bedCons:-the listing is inaccurate for parking. There is no spot available for unit B contrary to what the listing says. Had to pay for metered street parking (expensive, 50 per day) or use the provided parking pass for non-metered parking lots, which are not close by. I notified property managment. No real solution. Just have to deal with it.-a bit of a musty smell, but it's a beach house and that it normal in my experience. It's always exposed to moisture.-the pullout futon in the living room is crazy uncomfortable. Should be replaced.

Quaint Carriage House

We rented this property for just 3 days to attend a family wedding a Friday at the peak of the beach season. The place was very clean, just 2 blocks from the beach and close to all the restaurants and shopping. We were only three as my other two young adult children couldn’t make it. My 23 year old daughter took the upstairs unit which worked out perfectly. She had privacy and good WiFi to work remotely. Unit was just as pictured on website. All of our expectations were met. Great for a short stay.

Rehoboth Beach Guest House

The facility is adequate. You are on two different levels with the three bedrooms. The furnishings are spartan. There is no dishwasher. The washer and dryer were nice. There is Internet but no cable tv. The tv is technical to use. Make sure that you have a television subscription, like YouTube tv that you can travel with.

Lock codes are cumbersome. The property description was not clear that we had the entire carriage house - two separate "units". Otherwise a great space and location.

Great location, okay house

The location of this home was perfect, amazing walkability to the beach/bars/restaurants. However, the lower unit reeked of mildew and mustiness, woke up every morning with a stuffy nose. When I reached out to vacasa, they were very responsive. Someone came out to check the house because we also had a TON of little ants in the upper unit and had a lot of our food ruined, the ants got into everything. We were told that the mildew smell was the fact that the house was built on a slab and there should’ve been an additional layer between the concrete and flooring. The house is in desperate need of a dehumidifier and an air purifier.

The best part of staying here is the location, just a short walk to the boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, and the beach. It was a great trip with our dog. The parking situation was not clear on the listing, and was very challenging as there's no parking at the property and sometimes had to spend 15-20 minutes driving through neighborhoods to find parking and walking back. The unit was a little smaller than expected, but very clean - especially the bathroom. There was a strong musty smell that was hard to get used to in the unit. It looks like it was renovated a few years ago, but the furniture is in need of updating. It was very difficult to get comfortable when spending any time in the unit. The two chairs and convertible sofa are old and something you would see as free curb alert items... The bar chairs were too high the sit comfortably at the counter. The mattress was decent but the bed was also not very comfortable. If there is someone staying in the unit right above with children, it's going to be very loud. Fortunately we only had one day of this, but with thin walls it can get very loud especially with kids running around. Overall we had an nice stay, but at the price we paid we will most likely look for other options in the future. Vacasa reps were always wonderful to work with whenever we had to call.

Great Location

The house was pretty clean Overall, the only thing I did was on the first floor of the unit. I cleaned all the ceiling fan blades and the HVAC split systems on the wall. Just had a lot of dust caked on them, only telling you because I’m not sure what’s included and what you pay the people to clean the units, it looks like the property owner has a lot of really nice high-end items such as nice cabinets, lighting, fixtures, faucets, flooring, etc. but some of the furniture doesn’t seem to have protection on the bottom of the legs such as end, tables, coffee, tables, etc. which seems like it’s scratching some of the nice floors. Just think it’s a shame because it’s obvious someone did a really nice job renovating it and might be helpful for them to know, the person that was staying in the upstairs unit did not go to the extent of cleaning the fan blades, etc. where all the dust was, but definitely mentioned the same thing as nice as everything is it just seems like maybe this part of the cleaning process was just neglected for a period of time? again the overall experience was wonderful and it is really a nice rental unit but thought I would mention that and just the furniture that is currently in there seems to be older and not protected on the bottom of the legs etc. and just hate to see nice amenities that someone obviously spend some money on with the flooring, etc. not being protected and getting marked up with different people sliding furniture around during their stay.

Wonderful location and super clean

The house was perfect walking distance to Funland, boardwalk and restaurants on Rehoboth Ave (1 block each way). Tons of space and very clean with recent remodel.
