この小さな家族別荘は地元の植物に囲まれ、カプリ島と海岸線の間の地中海の青いスライスの上にあります。 ヴィラは、寝室が3つ、バスルームが3つある4/6で寝ます。キッチンとリビングルームはすべて2階にあります。 別の所有者の親族と共有されるプライベート海路（海が穏やかな場合は、確実に足を運んでいるゲストが使用）および海水プール（5月1日から10月30日まで）。 カプリ島とナポリ湾の素晴らしい景色を望む大きなテラス。 子供と小さなグループの友人がいる家族に最適です。

Amazing Get away!!

Probably the best location of a property we have ever stayed in. Large balcony encompassed views of Capri, Sorento and Mount Vesuvius excellent place to just chill out at any time of the day. Punto Lagno a beautiful neighbourhood and within easy reach with a car to the beach at Nerango which was just perfect to chill out at and have some food. Property inside was a little tired, especially the water systems in the bathroom, tended to get showered with water overhead every time we flushed. Rita was very accommodating and organised transfers to and from the airport and hire of a car for a few days as requested. Pool was very inviting when the heat got a little intense and the Italian Family below who we shared it with, gave us some really good advice of places to eat in the Harbour and visit on the Amalfi Coast - Ravello was a firm favourite of ours, with its stunning botanical gardens. Really enjoyed the limoncello festival in Massa, seeing local produce and goods and some amazing Opera singers. Really sad to leave, could of done with an extra week. Great holiday had by all.

Gentile Eamon Sono felice tu abbia trascorso un bel periodo nella nostra amata casa.. Per il bagno, che da quello che scrivi aveva un problema, bastava dirlo a Rita! immediatamente avremmo provveduto a riparare il guasto. Se dovessi tornare, per qualunque imprevisto basta riferirti a Rita e faremo tutto il possibile per trovare una rapida soluzione. Buona estate, Saluti Patrizia

This was the most stunning view everyday. breath taking!

The owners were fantastic allowing us to move this booking twice due to Covid. The massive balcony and view was just beautiful and we had a ton of space. The villa itself could use a bit of updating. The couch was in sad condition, and ceiling fans would be very helpful. The Villa location is rather isolated and not within walking distance of anything. The Villa downstairs is much larger and when there is a larger group below it can very noisy. No insulation :-). The pool is hard to access if you are very fit. Steep stone steps in a few levels to get to the pool, but once you get there. WOW. Rita, our main contact for the villa and excursions, taxis etc was beyond fantastic. We give her 10 stars!!! Rosetta came to cook for us a few times and it was a gastronomic delight. All of the restaurants recommended by Rita were fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

erstklassige Lage

Wir hatten einen Wahnsinnsausblick von der riesigen Terrasse und haben uns auch sonst rundum wohlgefühlt. Rita war klasse und hat uns einige gute Tipps gegeben. Danke auch an Patrizia für den hervorragenden Limoncello als Willkommensgeschenk.

Wunderbare Lage.

Ein wirklich schönes Haus, vor allem die wunderbare große Terasse mit dem unvergesslichen Blick. Auch toll, dass man sein Auto super parken kann. Wir haben uns einen Roller gemietet und das Auto während unsres Aufenthalts nicht mehr gebraucht.
