What a great home, beautiful and organized, easy communication and nicely stocked kitchen so that we had everything we needed for a great weekend. The pool was a perfect place to hang out in the evenings after a day on the lake.

Beautiful Property and Great Host

The house and backyard are beautiful. The pool area is fantastic, almost no reason to go to the lake. Laurie is a great host. She communicates clearly, responds quickly, and has very organized instructions so there is no confusion.

Wonderful & Comfortable Stay

We stayed with a party of 8, property was extremely comfortable, A/C kept the house nice and cool, property is well stocked for all our needs and great location to the Riviera where we launch. Pool and spa were clean with perfect water temp ! The water feature was a great add-on to our enjoyment. Laurie was truly a wonderful host, extremely pleasant to work with and very responsive to any questions we had during our stay, even providing us with an early check-in, which was amazing since we had a decent drive getting there. Would stay again with a large group like we had.

Family and friends trip

The owner has great communication and was wonderful with check in. The house was very clean, outdoor area wonderful and the game room so much fun.It is a 5 star.property. There were internet issues that we experienced throughout the day and trip. We choose not to bother anyone with that. But if you need consistent internet, be sure to work out with the owner.

Lake Havasu stay

From February 1 to March 15 we stayed at this beautiful property in Lake Havasu city and I would highly recommend this location. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with great views from the pool area. The Host Laurie was amazing at getting back to us in a matter of minutes if we had any questions. I highly recommend this property.

very accessible desert oasis

We enjoyed staying at this home very much. It is one of the nicest we've stayed at. Having access to the BLM trails, the beautiful and large pool, and the ambiance of the custom home was very nice! The play room was fun for all of us. And, having access to the shade of the garage made minor boat work much more comfortable.

LOVE this house, 2nd stay!!!

We have stayed here 2 times and are excited to return again. The house is beautiful snd very clean. All the appliances and amenities are high quality in good working order. Pool is beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. House has 2 full bed/bath suites on one side then a queen room and 2 bed room on ither side with a jack and jill style bath between. Also has half bath and laundry. Owner us super responsive and easy to work with. Loved our stay!!! (Havasu is scorching hot in july and pool was still refreshing and AC was in perfect working order. )

Lovely home

Besides of it having alot of stairs, this wonderful home is spacious with a great back yard and a pool for family fun also a game room and what made it really worth the stay is the communication with the property manager. Laurie answered and reply to text promptly.. Thank you again Laurie

Awesome house!

We loved staying at Laurie’s property. This was our second time and we enjoyed all of the amenities the place has to offer. Great bedrooms, large pool, all of the cookware needed to make meals, and very clean. We’ll definitely be back.

To say the home is beautiful, is an understatement!!

The house is amazing. Super clean with every amenity you could possibly need. The pool was so nice, and the game room was a hit with the kids. We are a family of five with 3 homeschooled children. We decided to purchase a home in Lake Havasu because my grandparents were original purchasers of land sold by Mr. McCullough in the 1960's when he would fly buyers in from the midwest and sell land one plot at a time! It has been a family tradition to spend Thanksgiving in Lake Havasu with my Grandmother, aunt and uncle since I was three years old. My children have looked forward to their Lake Havasu Thansgiving's that started the year our oldest was born 21 years ago! I remember sitting on Santa's lap at the candle store at the London Bridge in the 70's and carried that tradition on with our girls. When I married my husband I found a Lake Havasu soul mate! He and his friends would make runs out to the lake at least 3 times a year! When we got to a point in our businesses that it made more sense to own than rent, we decided our family needed a Lake Havasu home, one that was big enough to invite family and fiends to join us! Lake Havasu is not as fun if you are not enjoying it with family and friends! My husband our three daughters and I pray that this home will be a family gathering place for years to come! Since we only are able to enjoy the property a few times a year, we are hoping to Bless others who may enjoy staying at this unique and beautiful property with their family and friends as much as we do! It took us quite a while to find the perfect Lake Havasu house and we were not disappointed! This property serves all of our needs and then some! It's a perfect refuge from the world, the views of mountains and lake are amazing and it is great to be so close to the open desert to play with our sand toys and not far to dump our boat and enjoy that magnificent lake. With plenty of space and entertainment for everyone, our only regret is that Grandma (the original Lake Havasu resident) did not live long enough to enjoy our beautiful home! But, we hope you will!

Gorgeous views of the mountains and lake! Close to open desert riding areas. Not too far from the lake with views that are to die for from the balcony/patio and pool areas! Plenty of room and entertainment opportunities for the whole family and some friends as well!
There is a quiet pool and spa area perfectly perched above the home, with palm trees and no obstructions to the amazing view and spectacular sunsets! Perfect place to recharge and relax! A resort experience in a very quiet location! Relax and enjoy the trade winds, sunsets and a drink in your own personal resort!
Completely redecorated when we purchased it in the Fall of 2016 and we continually upgrade furnishings & items in the home. With two master suites and a third master with connecting bathroom to kids/young adults bedroom! 4 full bedrooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms there is room for everyone! All four bedrooms have their own walk in closets. Over 2870 square feet of interior living space with an additional 700 square feet of game room area in the downstairs garage and 1600 plus square feet of outdoor entertaining space complete with pool, spa, views, palapa/bar hut, fire pit, two outdoor dining areas, loveseat, 2 comfy chairs, a swing, 2 rockers, two bistro seating areas and a waterfall! This resort home can accommodate your party of eight adults and four children, extraordinarily comfortably!
This property features granite countertops, beautiful tile floors and carpeted bedrooms with their own HD TV in each bedroom, family room and patio area. Family room has an HD smart 75 inch TV withBlue Ray DVD player, surround bar surround sound system, Netflix, loads of DVD movies, and wireless internet. Separate laundry area with brand new washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen has top of the line GE Monogram and LG appliances, fully equipped with cups, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, small appliances, etc. We have made very effort to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The driveway is HUGE and will accommodate ALL of your toys, as well as your friends and families toys too! View from the pool deck and front balcony/patio is amazing and has plenty of seating to enjoy it. Great neighbors who look after our property for us, in addition to the outdoor security cameras that will protect your possessions when you are on the lake or on the BLM land riding dirt toys.
