Traditionally furnished large two bedroom apartment with air conditioning, two full bathrooms, lounge with open fireplace and patio doors leading to the large southwest facing terrace with views of the pool and La Duquesa golf course.



The apartment is situated in the complex of La Almadraba an this small and quiet complex has a communal swimming pool, children’s pool and underground parking. The complex is just a short stroll to the marina and beaches.

- Seamless out-of-hours check in - Well equipped accommodation - Very clean on inside - Change of towels, sheets and cleaning in middle of stay was very welcome Potential improvement point only (i.e. not a complaint!) - Balcony / terrace tiles were very dirty and dusty on check in, looked as though they hadn't been properly cleaned in a while.

The accommodation was generous in size and well appointed it had a large patio area that was south facing meaning we had sun most of the day. I would happily recommend this property and Duquesa estates for their level of service. The washing machine was a little hit and miss and the toaster was poor.

Well appointed apartment in quiet location yet very close to the beach and port.

Location, layout, pool area, amenities, quiet community, cleanliness. Being very picky the showers could be more powerful and having a better range of TV channels, but neither impacted on our holiday.

Close to beach and Duquesa Marina, well kept community buildings and gardens, short walk to Sabinillas supermarket etc. During our stay we noticed that by 09:00 a group of people had already pre booked loungers with their towels and then left there for most part of the day. This might not be something you can address

Nice apartment. Would stay again.

Location, size and layout of the apartment. We would stay here again. Great complex. Lovely view. Apartment needs WIFI, English channels/Sky, could be tidied up a bit with broken floor tile on balcony and modernised. Shower in the main bathroom didn't work so kids had to bath. Furniture on balcony was very heavy and noisy and got really hot in the sun.

Quiet and relaxing stay

Just to Duquesa Port and Sabinillas were a short walk can take you to a variety of restaurants and shops. WI FI was disappointing and most of the time on 4g roaming network.

We love the location of this apartment, so close to both the supermarket and the port. Always enough beds round the pool and generally quiet.

A lovely, spacious and clean apartment in a well maintained complex. With a nice terrace for morning coffee and long evenings. Perfect location for one-day trips to Malaga, Ronda, Gibraltar etc.
