One bedroom apartment with air conditioning throughout and a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. This apartment is located in a fantastic location just minutes from the marina. There is also a large terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean sea and all day sunshine making this an ideal apartment for relaxing and enjoying the area.



Located on the beachfront complex of Marina Real which has two swimming pools, underground parking and direct access to the marina.

Perfect balcony for winter sun

10/10 for the balcony which is perfect for winter sun which shines on it all day, and with great views over the rooftops to the sea. Lots of natural light in the apartment. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was extremely good and powerful. Easy to walk into the port where there are lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Also close by to Eroski supermarket and the shopping trolley came in very handy.

We arrived at Dequesa Estates for the key to the apartment and the girl we got the keys from was so helpful thank you .The apartment was lovely and bright . Sun on the balcony all day, beds very comfy. We had everything we needed at the time. THANK YOU. A stainless steel teapot would be nice, and a Nozzle for the hairdryer.

Great Sunny Apartment

Great service from Daisy at Duquesa Estates. The apartment is in a fantastic location with great views and has a spacious balcony which gets the sun all day. It is comfortable but could do with some additional kitchen utensils, pans etc. That said, it did not spoil our holiday. Nothing untoward but the floors were a little dirty on arrival.

Location Shower can be dangerous .we purchased a shower mat for bath....hold handles should be installed in Bath to help exit shower..could fall very easy exiting bath. 2 beach chairs on patio be nice for summer use..

Everything was as expected, but the main reason we chose this apartment was the ability to sunbathe on the balcony. For me because of my condition I needed the use of a parasol, but unfortunately the one here didn't work, so that would be the only improvement for us.

Nice well located sunny apartment!

It is a comfortable spacious apartment for 2 people with a great uncovered south facing terrace so you can enjoy the sun all day long! Highly recommended! - There is very little storage space in the apartment. - There is no umbrella (parasol) or awning on the terrace. You often need that in autumn or winter too! - Too bad there is no storage space (inside or outside) for the cushions of sunbeds and chairs or for a (missing) parasol or awning!

Lovely location, clean well presented apartment and public areas. Friendly and helpful office and security staff. Comfortable bed and indoor furniture. Some balcony furniture tired, dated and some broken. Not enough sun shades. Base of umbrella not adequate and kept collapsing in breeze. Suggest pull-out awning similar to other apartments.

Fantastic apartment for sun lovers

Location, orientation, huge balcony, As we were “confined” we probably cooked more than normal. A few small additions to the kitchen eg scissors, cheese grater, set of casserole dishes would have come in very useful.
