Three bedroom, third floor apartment with a large terrace with views of the swimming pool and sea. The apartment is well furnished, is fully air conditioned and has it's own dedicated wifi, two bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. The terrace has dining furniture and chairs for relaxing and enjoying the views.



The apartment is located in a beachfront complex that has four swimming pools, a small gym, padel tennis courts, underground parking and is just a short stroll to the marina.

Perfect Location

Great location for access to beach, marina, bars and restaurants. Apartment was clean and spacious, nice grounds and pools. There was some maintenance required to the outside areas, namely flaky render on the balcony. If was with my family, I would have preferred that to have been maintained.

Always liked this site Unfortunately there were no mirrors installed in the bedrooms! With four women trying to organise themselves with just mirrors in the bathroom it was a little frustrating.

Proximity to port and view from balcony. The whole building structure and internal common areas are now looking very tired (we have been staying here since 2015, except in Covid) and could do with a refresh. In particular, the external rendering to the building is breaking away and is unsightly and in some insatances quite worrying as to what it reveals.

A bit disappointing.

A spotlessly clean, spacious apartment with a lovely terrace in a great location, but attention needs to be drawn to the owners about a few easily fixed items. Yes, there are 3 bedrooms but all are twin beds. This should have been mentioned on the listing. There is TV but it's only in Spanish which is fine if you're fluent in Spanish but a waste of time if you're not. We had no WIFI for 2 days (out of 4) as the login details had been changed but the owners had not told the agents. The property had cupboards full of stuff that we would never want nor use, yet no hairdryer, which I would consider a basic item in a rental. Breakfasts were limited to cereal as although there were cupboards full of glasses and crockery, the two frying pans were well past their sell-by date and we were not happy to use them. We enjoyed our stay in Duquesa but wouldn't return to this apartment.

Only one problem

Walking distance to pool, beach and restaurants means a lot to us. Only one pool was open and since being in the pool is a big part of our time with 2 young boys, that was very disapointing that we weren't told. Choosing Marina Duquesa has a lot to do with the four pools.

Muy buena ubicación. Terraza excepcional con vistas al mar. Apartamento en buen estado, Amplio y con todo lo necesario. Dispone de una plaza de aparcamiento amplia y de fácil acceso. Los cojines de las sillas del salón estaban sucios lo que damala imagen a un apartamento que en líneas generales está bastante bien
