Comfortable and spacious 122 m² accommodation, with a 20 m² glazed terrace, with views of the sea and the city.



It has an elevator, internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, community+children's pool open seasonally, 1 private covered parking space in the same building, garden, garden furniture, 1 Smart TV, iron .

The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Would recommend to anyone, had a great time

It was very spacious, we loved the balcony. Fantastic location as close to everything you need and full kitchen facilities. Shops, takeaways and bars/restaurants right outside. The lifts were quite slow and stairs weren&amprsquot always an option as we were on the 16th floor

Very spacious apartment with great views from the balcony. Very close to the main bar areas and walking distance to the beach front. Overall, great location and value for money. Only the living room had an aircon unit so the bedrooms were quite warm during the night. This was noted on the listing FAQs so can't complain.

Perfectly located and ideal for our trip to Benidorm!

Location was perfect, so many local shops, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and places to go on your doorstep. The view was incredibly from the balcony, especially as it was on the top floor! Having to pick up your keys + drop off from a different location although they made it easy once there. One pillow per bed would be a better touch. The lift seemed to take forever to reach its destination.

Overall very happy and would definitely stay there again🙂

very spacious, great location, very clean. The parking gate could do with a sign saying it’s for the property as we drove past it once before we found it and as it’s on a one way street had to go around the block again to get in. Collecting the keys is a bit of an issue as it’s quite a distance from the apartment, having your own vehicle obviously helps but if transferring from airport etc you could end up having a bit of a hike with luggage.

Very clean and spacious. Very nice location. Really close to the night life but could not here a thing when sleeping. One evening there was a smell of sewerage in the appartment. The hot water wouldn&#39t do 3 showers so had to wait a little for water to heat up.

Nice apartment. Clean. Spacious. Central location. Having to collect and drop off keys. No wardroberail in one bedroom to hang clothes. No air con in rooms. Great location but noisy. Some architrave around living room door missing/broken.
