It borders enchanting beaches such as Baia di Chia — renowned for its white sand dunes, crystal-clear waters, and the play of light on the seabed — Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Porto Zafferanu, and Capo Teulada, the southernmost tip of the island where rocky cliffs meet the sea.

Surrounded on three sides by an English lawn and shaded by pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation, the villa is just a short walk from the beach directly in front of the house.

Spacious, comfortable, and airy, the villa is decorated in a classic style with touches of modern design and unique curiosities collected from around the world. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a fireplace and large windows on every side, a dining room that opens onto a small internal courtyard furnished with a bench, cushions, and succulents.
