Printed instructions for equipment would be helpful

Manager kind but harried. More than 1/2 mile from convention center entrance not across the street as advertised. Difficult to get taxi service to the right location. Couldn’t work old TV despite quick explanation by manager. Neighbor smoked on balcony every night around 23:00. Smoke penetrated closed doors. Mysteriously had no hot water for 2 days; restored spontaneously before they could send out repair service. Maid service didn’t clean bathroom floor. Asked for 2 sets of keys but never received. No safety grips or mat for slippery tub/shower but manager brought a mat immediately upon complaint. Functional stay otherwise .

The apartment is really lovely and has everything required for a short stay. The metro is nearby, so we could easily reach the city center. Even huge Carrefour shopping mall is near, so we could quickly get something to eat and do some shopping.

Emplacement parfait

Appartement très beau et agréable, il y a beaucoup d’espace pour une petite famille et c’est très calme. L’emplacement est parfait aussi. C’est près d’un grand Supermarché qui s’appelle Gran Via 2, y a le carrefour, il y a des magasins comme pull&bear bershka, foot locker etc.. il y a un buger king, subway, à côté y a aussi un MacDonald, y a des petits parcs pour les enfants, des tempolines, des manèges. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste en face de l’appartement et y a toujours des taxis aussi. À côté de l’entrée y a aussi un petit restaurant allemand qui s’appelle Frankfurt. Quand on va à Barcelone, ils disent de visiter la capitale et Catalunya et là vous êtes en plein Catalunya. C’est parfait. J’ai bien aimé.

The hosts are very friendly and quick in responding to my queries. A clean apartment as mentioned. Basic essential amenities available and very easy check in and out. Very convenient apartment that is near to train and metro station. Just next to a big shopping mall they have many shops and eateries. Supermarket is just at the basement but close on Sunday. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and they immediately responded to all our questions. The apartment is next to metro station and a large shopping mall, which is also very convenient.
