Highly Recommend

Thomas and Carlos were fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they assisted with local information and valuable advise. So friendly and lovely to us during our stay. Pool was amazing and apartment was lovely. The gardens are fabulous too just like our hosts Highly recommended. Thank you

Carlos and Thomas were accommodating and friendly hosts and the apartment is a beautifully decorated and comfortable space that is well equipped for long or short stays. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation and small shops in the neighborhood and to the city of Nice. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings or to use as a base to travel to visit sights in the Nice area. We felt very much at home and at ease and regretted having to leave!!

Peaceful garden retreat.

From the moment we unpacked and sat in the garden with a glass of wine we knew it was the perfect place to use as a base to explore the Cote D’Azur. Thank you Carlos and Thomas for being perfect hosts. Not intrusive but there if we needed them.

Relaxing and private

Excellent location just outside Nice. Buses and trams every few minutes. We both felt very French. Enjoyed the apartment and location. Will book again. Thank you to the hosts.

Tranquil stay

My husband & I had such a wonderful stay with our dog.The apartment has everything you require & more. We loved the peace & quiet. The setting is lush & private .....but still with such easy access to the city. Our hosts were great who also gave us some local tourist tips for visiting further along the coast. We all enjoyed our relaxing stay & would definitely visit again.

Fantastic in-law apartment in the hills of Nice with easy access into the city!

We couldn’t have asked for a better start to our tour of Europe! Carlos and Thomas were more than welcoming upon arrival and continuously provided us fantastic recommendations for travel logistics and places to go. They were overall great hosts and even bought foldable chairs for us to bring to the Monaco GP! The apartment was plenty spacious for 2 and was clean upon arrival. The outside pool set up was also great when trying to avoid the noisy beach. We will definitely be looking to come back here!

Beautiful property in a fantastic location

Carlos and Thomas were fantastic hosts. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing us with local recommendations and information on things happening in and around Nice during our stay. The apartment is gorgeous, beautifully decorated with plenty of space for two people. We stayed for two weeks and it had everything we could have wished for. The location is also superb. It’s about 15 minutes on the bus from the promenade in Nice with buses running until about 1am each day. You can purchase a travel pass for a week which is €15 and allows you to use the buses and trams within the city an unlimited amount within those days. We didn’t hire a car and found it no problem It’s the perfect balance if you’re looking for relaxation as part of your trip, combined with some sightseeing within the city. We would love to come back, and will look to come again in future!

Oase der Ruhe am Stadtrand von Nizza

Wir haben uns in der Einliegerwohnung von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Sehr schön auch der Pool den beiden bei warmen Temperaturen gerne nutzt besonders gut hat uns auch der der Blick ins Grüne gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben die sehr schöne, modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung 2 Wochen genießen dürfen. Es fehlte uns und unserem Hund an nichts. Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wellness pur!

Wir waren zwei Wochen in Nizza und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Schick eingerichtet, nicht so weit vom Stadtzentrum und trotzdem eine sehr wohltuende Oase der Ruhe nach dem städtischen Trubel. Sehr netter Empfang - vielen lieben Dank, Thomas und Carlos!

Beau séjour dans cadre

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cet appartement, très joli appartement, bien équipé, bonne literie et très propre et confortable. Accès direct sur un beau jardin avec piscine et transats, très proche de petits commerces et accès rapide à la promenade et au centre de Nice. Les 2 hôtes sont très sympathiques, à l'écoute et nous ont donnés plein d'idées de visites et tours à faire dans la région. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet appartement pour passer de belles vacances dans une région vraiment idyllique. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Den Slogan "Ihr Hafen der Ruhe nach einem aufregenden Tag an der Cote d'azur" können wir zu 100% bestätigen. Eine perfekte und durchdachte FeWo mit großem Garten. Nizza ist bestens mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Zu guter letzt die "volle" Punktzahl für die Vermieter Thomas und Carlos. Merci beaucoup!

Der komplette Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhige Lage. Und obwohl die Gastgeber Carlos und Thomas gleich oberhalb der Wohnung wohnen, hatten wir jederzeit unsere Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Carlos und Thomas sind sehr freundlich und gute Gastgeber!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, tolle Wohnung !

Wir haben in dieser schönen Wohnung einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Ausstattung und die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. In einer Seitenstraße gelegen ist vom Trubel der Stadt nichts zu bemerken, auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr nett empfangen. Danke und bis bald …..
