Enjoyed a nice Christmas getaway here. Kitchen was very well-appointed and we were able to cook nice meals during our stay. House was very comfortable and nicely decorated - lots of thoughtful touches. It rained quite a bit during our stay, so the large covered patio overlooking the bay was a welcome feature! Enjoyed time on the water and had many meals at a variety of excellent restaurants close to the home. Would definitely recommend this Vrbo stay.

Hi. So sorry you experienced rain during your stay. We can control a lot but not the weather! Most of our 2 bedrooms open ups to a covered courtyard space with a heater....and large dining fire-pit table. Stay with us and you are not locked inside!! Happy New Year!!

This condo was just steps away from the sand on the bay side. Peaceful and serene the entire time. The outdoor patio was great place to gather while enjoying the beach air. The kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for cooking. However, if you wanted to eat out, restaurants and shops were in walking distance close by. Communication was excellent and response time was quick. We enjoyed our stay.

Views from the bottom floor are amazing. Building you see is no big deal. Steps from the bay side beach. For families with small kids the patio is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Street is extremely quiet and manicured with palm trees. It is well worth the stay.

Super cute house! Very close to restaurants and stores... you are across the street from a lovely little beach. Unfortunately there is also a public restroom on that beach and it is right across the street from the house. This attracted some interesting beach goers.

Great Beach Location!

This is a great place right by the beach in Newport. Perfect location and view. We were all adults but it would be perfect for families with littles also.

Beautiful House-Great Location

I wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was great! The home was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. Loved the front patio with the heaters. Marina view! The strand and pier was a block away.

Amazing property!

I stayed here with my adult daughter and it couldn’t have been more perfect for us. The location was great with the beach so close and it’s tucked away on a quiet street. The property was so clean and well appointed. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Convenient location, great decor, easy check in, quiet area.

Really nice, newly remodeled property with 2 bathrooms…one with a shower and one with a tub. Easy to walk anywhere. The lighthouse restaurant is just down the beach and has amazing food. Quiet beach is across the street.

Property was updated and clean. check in and check out process was easy and simple. All appliances and amenities worked. Description of the place was spot on and the location was perfect. The back bay is peaceful and quite. Definitely will stay here again!

Awesome Location

The property was awesome and looked just like the pictures. I would recommend this unit to friends. It was close to everything and we loved having the dock so close to us. As a family we plan on coming back very soon!
