The large open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, and an electric coffee machine and has an exit to the terrace.
On the lower ground floor, there is a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, dining table, satellite TV, and international TV channels. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bidet and WC.
