It has 3 floors and an attic with a private terrace, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroomsSpecial place to enjoy a few days at home in the Andalusian capital. High quality furniture. Large private terrace, ideal to enjoy all hours of sunPerfect location 2 steps from Plaza San Lorenzo in the old town will allow you to delve deep into Seville. Together Cathedral, Alcázar, Alameda de Hércules.The house is distributed over 3 floors and an attic, with 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms on the first and second floors, a perfectly equipped kitchen, with a dining room, three bathrooms (on 3 of the 4 floors). Skylight that gives enough light to the house. Each floor has a bedroom with a private bathroom and on the ground floor there is also a large sofa bed in case it is deemed appropriate for the comfort of the guests.On the top floor there is a fantastic terrace.It is undoubtedly the ideal space for families or groups of responsible friends.

Lovely house, great location

The house was beautifully and tastefully appointed and showers/bathrooms excellent. The roof terrace was especially lovely and was a great spot for communal breakfasts. However, the downstairs bedroom was really only a single. Would highly recommend for group holiday, possibly not for small children, due to all the open stairs. But thigh muscle tone had definitely improved after our stay.

Excellent property. Great locations and plenty of amenities. The local host was awesome. Very kind and knowledgeable. If you want to experience the real Sevilla. This is the place to stay. Great accommodations for our party of 5. If you do not like to climb stairs. This is the not the place for you. I would give it 10 stars I would. Thank you.

Tres decu par ce logement

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement situé au 10 rue Cantabria à Seville. A noter une forte odeur de poisson dans le refrigérateur qui nous a empeché de mettre de la nourriture à l intérieur et nous a obligé à manger à l'extérieur. Nous avons eu également la surprise de voir des cafards au RDC. Il n'était pas indiqué non plus que les lits du rdc et du 3éme étage étaient en 120 cm ce qui peut convenir pour des enfants mais pas à un couple d'adultes. Des odeurs persistentes d'égouts émanaient de chaque sdb. Les ménage de l'appartement était très approximatif surtout au 3éme étage. La terrasse ne correspond pas du tout à la description internet, sale, coussins déchirés, table en très mauvais état et sale. En conclusion Seville est une ville magnifique mais ce logement nous a laissé un gout tres amer sur notre séjour. Logement à éviter.

Hervorragend gelegen, außergewöhnlich und sehr gut ausgestattet

Wir hatten dieses Objekt für 4 Wochen gemietet und und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great location!

Great location in a quiet area with a pedestrian only street. Most amenities provided for a short or long term stay. Note that there is only one ‘normal’ bedroom. Bedroom two is in a loft and bedroom three is barely big enough for a full size bed. All were fine but may not be ideal for some. All linens need to be replaced with new, higher quality sheets, pillows and towels. Management company is very hands off which is great unless you need a question answered. If the hot water goes out, unplug and replug in the loft bathroom medicine cabinet. Overall a nice stay.

Schönes Haus, schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich zu Hause, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben unterschiedliche Qualität: Das oberste Zimmer ist offen zum Treppenhaus, Geräuche und Licht sind nachts störend. Das Schlafzimmer Parterre ist eine Kammer mit kleinem Fenster zu einem Schacht. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig. Z.B. erhielten wir erst nach mehreren Stunden eine Rückmeldung und Hilfe, als das heiße Wasser ausgefallen war.

Muy buena ubicación y precio.

La ubicación es excelente. Muy cerca de supermercado, farmacia, negocios y restaurantes. No tiene estacionamiento, pero por $10 euros diarios uno puede estacionar (aparcar) en el Centro Comercial El Corte Inglés. Estacionamiento subterráneo. Queda a 3 cuadras de la casa. La casa tiene 4 pisos, 3 habitaciones. La mejor habitación es la del piso 3, con un buen baño. La del piso 1 es muy pequeña y el baño también. Hay lavadora de ropa pero no secadora. La ropa en verano se seca rápidamente en la terraza del último piso. El aire acondicionado funciona bien en todas las habitaciones. La única crítica es que en listado aparecía que la casa tenía microondas, pero al llegar nos dimos cuenta que no era cierto. Se lo hicimos saber a la gente encargada y solicitamos que nos instalaran uno pero nunca se concretó. Ese fue el punto negativo de nuestra estadía.
