Spectacular and exclusive apartment located in the heart of Seville, is newly renovated. Located in one of the best neighborhoods of the city and a step away from all the most famous attractions and monuments. A few meters away, you will find the best restaurants and tapas bars. The apartment stands out for its impressive interior design and decoration, it is very bright and perfectly furnished and equipped with high quality beds to make your stay perfect. The building does not have a lift but is located on the 2nd floor.

The spaceThis wonderful apartment is designed for your comfort and convenience. Recently renovated with high qualities and furnished with designer furniture, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a dream stay: SMART TV', fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO with welcome kit (coffee, tea and milk), microwave, washing machine, vitroceramic and a complete set of utensils.

The bathroom, with marble floor and LED lighting, has a large shower tray with gel dispenser - high quality shampoo and a large mirror.

If you need it, you have iron, ironing board, drying rack and all the cleaning items you may need.

The apartment is equipped with a quiet central air conditioning.

Other important aspectsTo ensure your maximum comfort during your stay, we are pleased to offer the following services and additional information:

- If you are travelling with infants, we can provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge upon request.

- If you would like an additional cleaning service during your stay, we will be happy to provide it upon request.

- If you arrive by car, we offer the possibility of using an underground parking for an additional cost of 25 euros per day. This car park is located in the 'Plaza de la Concordia' and is just a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. To reserve your place, we recommend that you contact us in advance and we will be happy to secure a space for you.

Excellent apartment

My family of five adults was very comfortable in this apartment. It was very clean, fantastic location. It was a very easy walk to the tourist sites and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The apartment looked just like the pictures on the vrbo page

Great apartment

Great location! Not far from the cathedral de Sevilla! Apartment is very nice. The showers were great, kitchen was well appointed. Only one set of keys so you have to manage various people coming and going

Hot Seville - Cool Apartment

We were in Seville for only two very hot days. The apartment was clean and well-appointed, but most importantly, cool! Communication with our host was excellent and we hope to come back soon.

Highly recommend

Four friends traveling Spain and Portugal for two weeks in March 2023. We loved Seville and our 4-night stay at this property! Excellent location — a quiet, peaceful street yet everything was in walking distance. Cute apartment that was stocked with everything we needed. Comfy beds and pillows. Ample storage space and hangers. Modern, good-sized bathrooms. Convenient parking lot within 2 blocks (coordinated by hommyhome). Friendly and responsive property managers.

A bit a deception...

The photos in the site are beautiful. We received an email the day before to tell us another adress. We went there and there were no body. We had probleme with the parking and no recomendation from the person who came to open the door. The cleaning was not finished in one bedroom under the beds and kleenex and band aid close to the bed. Finally many aunts in the 2nd bathroom. We were able to walk everywhere and restaurants around.

What a Gem! iQué maravilla!

This beautiful apartment in Sevilla was an absolute gem and in a great location! The air conditioning was really appreciated after roaming the streets all day in 105 temperatures! Don't pass up the opportunity to stay here if you're in Sevilla!!!!!

Moderne, très bien équipé, propreté impeccable, 2 lits d’appoints bébé, literie incroyable, douche à l’italienne super, deco top!! Personne pour nous accueil, pas d’instructions de l’appartement (où mettre les poubelles, le Tri sélectif des déchets par exemple ), wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas, mauvaise connection de la télévision, pas d’ampoules dans les lampes dans les chambres

Calidad y buen gusto

Es la segunda visita a sus apartamentos y habrá una tercera. La calidad y el buen gusto de los dispositivos del apartamento. Lo mejor, estando en Sevilla, el aire acondicionado (centralizado y silencioso) del piso. el online checking. Lo obligatorio entiendo es que solicite los DNIs/pasaportes de todos los ocupantes, y el e-mail y móvil del adulto que realiza la reserva. Pedir los e-mails y móviles de mis hijos menores de edad que se alojan conmigo es algo que nadie va a dar. Tuve que dejar el checking online a medias y perder un tiempo precioso para Marta y para nosotros y hacerlo presencial cuando llegamos. Estaría bien si se corrigiese esto y uno hiciera un checking-online (legal y rápido). Gracias.
