Another Anniversary Stay

Gone Fishing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful place to stay, especially if you enjoy fishing. The private pier on the bay side is awesome! Plus, the condo is very close to the gulf coast beach and the gulf islands national seashore. The place was clean, organized, and nicely decorated. My only complaint was that the bed was uncomfortable, due to a lumpy and saggy mattress. It might be time for a new mattress. Otherwise, a great place to stay!!! I would definitely go back.

Nice little hidden Gem

Everything was amazing. Appliance were in all working order. Bed was comfortable. Bath towels big fluffy. Only complaint was noise from other condos. Being on the third floor I didn’t think I would be able to hear screaming kids below us . But overall I would recommend this place and would rent again if needed. Thanks for amazing weekend

Great Maintenance Response

There was a power outage the first night there and they were very responsive and stayed on top of the situation to get everything fixed quickly and effectively. Great service in a great place.

Wonderful stay

This is a great bayside property. It was very clean. Appeared to have new paint, fixtures, and carpet in the master. The bed was well taken care of with two mattress protectors- both clean. The public beach access was within walking distance. But, we did drive most of the time and kept supplies in the car. The walk to the beach from the parking lot was less distance than walking from most beachfront condos- and it is at the end of the housing area, before the state park, so not an overwhelming amount of people. Great view of bay sunset from the condo. The fishing pier has lights at night so easy to see the fish. For those with mobility issues- the toilet was low. I am 5'2'' and my knees were above my hips when sitting. Also, it is a bathtub/ not walk-in shower. There is an elevator right next to the front door and stair access. The maintenance man was prompt and so kind when we needed him after hours. We were happy to stay here and would for sure stay again. Much love to all of those who put effort into making this condo great!!!! The cost per night was appropriate ($100 per night plus fees, which doubled cost, at the beginning of May).

Late Spring Vacation

The condo was clean and nicely laid out. The location was peaceful. Enjoyed the gazebo and pier. Would not hesitate to visit again.

Great Rental Agency and Great Condo, not so great complex

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very clean and in good condition, however, the complex was in terrible condition and very dirty. The elevators were filthy and the outside of the surrounding condos were major eye sores. Neighbors had peeling paint or rust on their doors and old rotted or rusty chairs sitting outside their front doors. The floor of the hallways and stairs were extremely dirty and needed cleaned and painted. One of the locals who owns a property was saying that someones dog defecated in tbe elevator and the owner didn't clean it up. The pool area was extremely clean and we always saw someone out there maintaining it. The location was amazing and we enjoyed the national seashore which was only minutes away. The view from our condo was breathtaking, especially at sunset. We enjoyed the balcony area alot. The rental agency was top notch! We had two minor issues while there and they resolved them immediately. They were easy to communicate with, quick to answer, and went above and beyond. We would definitely use Blue Moon again. Not so sure I'd stay in the same complex though. .
