You will love these magnificent apartment with the modern open plan living featuring all new furnishings, extra kitchen and bathroom.

Open sunny living room with a comfy leather sofa, dining area with round dining table and seating for 2-3 persons.
The king-size bed has new comfy mattresses.
Indirect lighting makes you feel cosy while you read a book !

Kitchen with fridge, dish washer, glass-ceramic cook-top, Nespresso machine, kettle and all what you need for to prepare your meal.

There is laid wooden oak flooring in every room. The bathroom has floor tiles.

The bathrooms has premium equipment with spacious shower and is fully equipped with everything you might need.

Additional: amenities, hair-dryer, cabinet.

Towels, blankets and sheets included!
Free Nespresso, tea and sweets available.

Parking on the street with own parking ticket to buy at the ticket machine.

Shopping facilities (bakeries, supermarket, organic store) as well as public transport are close by.

Handover of keys by landlord - please send time of arrival, at least one day before arrival.

The apartment location was great for shopping in the old town and very walkable to Octoberfest. It was clean and the check-in process was easy. The apartment is small but very doable for two people. I will definitely stay there again when back in Munich.

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in this apartment. While it is quite small, it is in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere. There are great restaurants and bakeries very nearby, and we could walk to the train station and tour starts within 15-20 minutes. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Fantastic location and the perfect apartment

Really enjoyed my stay here! The location was super convenient—close to everything but still nice and quiet. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was great—friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful. You can tell the place is really well taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: Location Property Manager very attentive to your needs. Location Clean Cons: Bathroom shower curtian does not keep water in the basin.

Excellent Property Manager

Tanja was a terrific host. There was an issue on check-in (not her fault), and she went above and beyond to make sure we were completely taken care of, and then some. She turned what could have been a problem into an even better stay than we expected.

Fabulous Long Weekend in Munich

I was dropping off my son for his summer internship in Germany and needed a place to stay for about 4-5 days. We were thrilled with our choice! Tommy welcomed us to the property, showed us the apartment and gave great recommendations on where to go and what to do. The flat is perfect. It is private, in a great location, and is absolutely adorable. It is not big, but does not have to be, because every inch is used in an efficient and well designed way. The apartment is clean, well appointed and just perfect. I will be back to Munich in August, and hope to stay here again. Thank you Tania and also Tommy.

Modern but small studio

Tanjia was there to meet us and gave us a tour of the the efficient but small studio. We found it hard with 2 suitcases and used the sofa to store them. There is no parking for a vehicle onsite as stated, There was a lot of construction right around the corner from the apartment, so we found it hard to find suitable parking close by and ended up parking 10 min walk away at a all day parking garage which could eat at your travel budget. We decided to return the rental car the next day. Our next visit would be with a bedroom instead a studio.

Great location, well-appointed, snug!

My husband and I wanted a place that was clean and close to everything. Tanja’s place delivered all. It’s very new and very well-appointed, perfect for one or two people. There is one flight of stairs up to the unit. Tanja was very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful Host

We worked with Tanja through the entire booking process, and she was great! Very communicative and answered every question that I had. Our train into Munich ran late and she was happy to accommodate us and have her partner Tommy meet us at the property. Tommy was welcoming, showed us around the apartment, and gave us some wonderful recommendations for the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend working with them in the future.

Wonderful Place in Munich

We spent five nights in Am Alten Südlichen Friedhof. The apartment, tucked in behind other buildings on a small residential street, was extremely tidy, well-designed, and comfortable for two people. It is a small place, to be sure, but it absolutely makes the most out of the space, with a very handsome bathroom, a small kitchen/pantry area, a nice seating area with a stylish couch, and a very comfortable bed. Tanja, our host, was extremely nice and was happy to meet us and fill us in on the terrific neighborhood and on restaurants, markets, etc. She was a pleasure to meet. Finally, the location really could not have been better for exploring Munich. Very close to shopping and the Old City, and great access to public transportation. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

We had a wonderful time at Tanya’s place! The space and location were beautiful!

My fiancé and I stayed at Tanya’s place in Munich to attend Oktoberfest. The location was a very short 10 minute walk to the tents and close to the train. The apartment was the perfect size for two people, with modern aesthetics and very clean! Communication with Tanya was always consistent and check-in was easy. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will go back!
