LEONA'S CENTRAL LAPAD SUITE

Welcome to our one-bedroom apartment, perfect for couples, families with kids, or small groups of friends! Apartment is located a short walk away from the Lapad promenade, beach, cinema, supermarket, and local fresh market.
The bedroom features a spacious and comfortable double bed, along with a wardrobe and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cooking, and the private terrace with a garden is the ideal spot to enjoy. If your group includes more than two people there is convirtable sofa bed —either a double or two singles, depending on your preference!
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself Free parking is also included, along with access to your own private terrace and garden.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

We really loved our stay here! It’s located right next to a lot of restaurants (you will find restaurants in all directions), it’s a 10min walk to the best beach in Dubrovnik (Sunset beach), and you can take an Uber for 40HRK (5€) into the old town! The apartment was big, we had everything that we needed and the air condition was really good! The terrace was absolutely lovely and I would truly recommend this place to anyone!

Good location for beaches

The appartement is located near several beaches (700m to 1km) There are food stores, restaurants, bars in walking distance. The old city is 3,5km far, but local buses can be taken, bus stop is very near. There are air conditioners in both rooms, and a proper size of TV. The owner is extremely responsive. There is dedicated parking spot for the appartement in a safe place. There are plenty of space for cloths. We liked the balcony, but unfortunately there were only 2 chairs.

Great apartment with beautiful private garden terrace as shown in pictures. Fully equipped kitchen. Excellent service and staff who responded and sent service man immediately on request on two occasions. Highly recommend this apartment.

Not really a VRBO by owner!

We have used VRBO on numerous trips and this is first time we were NOT received by a person who not only welcomed us but spent significant time with us. We always look forward to the enthusiasm of the host/owner detailing key features and local guidance for our visit. The residence was as described and very clean . It was a bit shopworn and the bedding was third class. Communication was only through WhatsApp. We requested info re the washing machine and got a product manufacturers manual to navigate the machine. Small welcoming touches were non-existent. Turns out this is managed by a group who care for 69 properties. We did enjoy our visit to Dubrovnik.

From booking time it was visible that we only have self check in as that showed as easier for us and guests avoiding long waiting hours and more freedom for guests not to arrive in specific arrival time. We provided everything as listed. Our bed linen is saten, for all others we are sorry for not meeting your expectations.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Dubrovnik

L'appartement est très propre. Si comme moi vous vous imaginez qu'il y a un jardin, il n'y a qu'une terrasse mais elle est agréable.L'appartement est très proche du bus 6 qui nous emmène dans la vieille ville en 15 mn et il y en a toutes les 10 mn. On est à 5 mn de la plage et le quartier de lapad est très agréable.

Gute Lage, sehr angenehme Unterkunft, großer Wohnzimmer mit Terrasse, in der Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Supermarkt und gute Bus Verbindung zur alte Stadt. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfekte Gastgeberin, wir bekamen alle Informationen, die wir benötigen, unkompliziert Check-in und Check-out, eine sehr gute Zeit hatten wie in Dubrovnik :)
