Do you want to stay by the sea? Here is your answer:

Just 10 minutes from the busy city centre on a peaceful village road, and only a short walk from the bus stop, Sunny apartment (House Tereza) sits on a quiet and relaxing seafront overlooking the beautifully tranquil Zaton Bay.

Apartment is located on the 2nd floor which means 2 floors above ground floor and stairs in the house to climb up. There is no elevator in the house. Apartment consists of living room with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms (double bed 160x200 cm) with two bathrooms. There is electric stove, fridge, filter coffee machine and kettle in the kitchen. There is no microwave, oven and washing machine in the apartment. There are 3 air conditioning in the unit. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, but beach towels are not provided. There is also a private balcony/terrace with a direct sea view and shared terrace on the ground floor by the sea. Waterfront and ground floor terrace are shared with other guests staying in House Tereza.
Private parking is in front of the house.

Swimming is LITERALLY on your doorstep, without even having to cross a road, and without encountering a long, hot climb up the cliffs, which is more usual around the Dubrovnik area. We are offering private waterfront with sunbeds & umbrellas included.

There are several restaurant and two well equipped mini-markets near the bus stop, and several other good restaurants a gentle stroll away, within easy walking distance around the bay. But you may not want to dine out once you have enjoyed your covered terrace to dine al fresco, overlooking the sea. Sunbathe on the sun terrace with your sun bed & umbrella. Or, if you are feeling more energetic we have paddle board for hire, and boat trips to the Islands.

The location on Zanton bay is perfect. Easy accessible walks taking you around the bay to a selection of first class restaurants, catering for all tastes & budgets. We used the local buses to visit Dubrovnik which was easy & very cost effective. We would recommend a visit to Ston with its wonderful walls & medieval castle, a great find!The Hosts were charming, helpful & attentive. The accommodation was exactly as advertised. We had a brillant week, helped by good weather, which meant we could swim in the bay everyday. An exceptional holiday, we are very likely to return.

Fabulous holiday

What a stunning place to stay overlooking small zaton bay. It’s a lovely quiet place to stay while also very easily accessible by uber and bus to the Dubrovnik town centre. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean inside the apartment and the outside area. Anita was a perfect host and was extremely helpful and ensured that we knew enough about the surrounding area and facilities available. Her entire family ensured we had the perfect stay from arranging transfers and boat trips. We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Holiday

We (me and best friend) stayed in Apartment 6 and loved everything about our stay. Communication was always quick and easy. We took advantage of the airport pickup and drop off service offered and that was so smooth, including a quick stop at a local convenience store for some basic supplies (coffee and wine, of course!) on arrival. The Bay Area is lovely on its own with a pharmacy and two convenience stores an easy walk from the apartment along with two really good restaurants. A further walk around the bay revealed even more restaurants and the two we stopped in were both great. The apartment has everything you might need for your stay and the balcony is a lovely place for morning coffee and evening wine. Thanks Anita and family for a great stay!!

What a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Dubrovnik! The apartment was perfect two couples!Tereza met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the apartment and explained everything about the area. She even recommended a tour driver, Ivan to take us on a day trip to Bosnia. He was absolutely fantastic, so if you are considering a day trip to Bosnia ask Anita.or Tereza for his information!The area is so peaceful and we enjoyed walking around the area. It is about a 10 or 15 minute ride to town and we Ubered instead of taking our car. Highly recommend staying here!

Anita’s property was spotless & you could tell no expense was spared on the remodeling of the apartment. We left the windows open at night & we’re lulled to sleep by the sounds of the harbor which btw you can dive into right off of your back porch! Fantastic. Highly recommend & Anita is a great hostess!

Simply Amazing!

This is an absolute gem! Even more beautiful than the pictures. We are so happy we chose to stay here than in busy Dubrovnik. It was just a short drive away and set on the most beautiful bay. Very quiet and relaxing. Our host was extremely responsive and took care of everything we needed. We will definitely come back to stay here in the future.

Perfect, just perfect 😁.

This was to be our first time with our granddaughter on our own without her parents. So the second thing we needed was two bedrooms, the first thing we always need coming from landlocked Derby is a view, and boy does this have a view 😲. The location of the property a short distance from Dubrovnik is incredible, situated as it is in the small bay of Zaton. Although the season hasn't officially started yet there was a shop and a couple of restaurants close by. The apartment itself was everything we needed, situated on the top floor of the property we had recently modernised en suite bedrooms. A sitting and dining area with doors leading out onto a balcony affording spectacular views of the sea and the mountain behind. All our dealings were with Anita who responded promptly to any queries we had before we arrived. She was there to meet us on arrival and gave us a tour of the property and suggestions as to where to go in the area and how to get around. Although we had a car we did use the the bus when visiting Dubrovnik in the day as there is very little public parking and what is there is very expensive. Prior to our arrival we had booked an island cruise from the city but on learning that Anita's husband Pasko did a private boat trip from the jetty by the house we cancelled our trip and went with him for a wonderful day spent cruising and visiting the islands. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed it. We thoroughly recommend this apartment and would return in a heartbeat 😍

Hidden gem.

The sun shone on the balcony from sunrise to sunset, with a wonderful view of Zaton Bay. Just a short walk along a flat path to a small supermarket, few nice restaurants and the bus stop. A lovely easy half hour walk took you all around the bay to ‘ big’ Zaton with a couple more nice bars and restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing sunbathing area outside of the house, with sun beds. Had a swim most days in the clear water only steps from the door. Only a ten minute taxi ride ( we used Uber 12-15 euros each way -as cheap as the bus with 4 people) to Dubrovnik Old Town. Had a full day private boat trip ( owned by the apartment) to the three main islands, where we swam into caves and had lunch in a hotel on one of the islands. Fantastic day. Owners are nearby and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

Fabulous rental convenient to Dubrovnik

My family really enjoyed our stay at Tereza. It is within walking distance to great restaurants and a short bus ride to Dubrovnik. The rental was clean and inviting. There was plenty of space for a family of four. It was well equipped to prepare stove top meals. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony that overlooked the bay. We would cool off after our daily treks by taking a swim off the bulkhead of the property. The owners were very accommodating. Anita was readily available to offer advice and went out of her way to call and make reservations at local restaurants.

Wow, just wow

Not enough space to describe how enamored we were with this stay. The pictures do not lie! Spacious, lovely, serene, enchanty location. Felt like a dream. Can walk to public transportation (to Dubrovnik) or walk to local restaurants. Would highly reccomend to anyone.

Das Haus ist direkt am Meer mit eigenem Badebereich und ganz in der Nähe von Dubrovnik gelegen. Gute Busverbindung in die Stadt. Einfach erreichbar per Auto mit kostenfreien Parkplatz. Die Gastgeberfamilie, insbesondere Anita ist sehr freundlich, nett und hilfreich. Flughafentransfer, Mietauto, Bootsausflüge und hilfreiche Tipps für Erkundungen oder Einkäufe erhält man jederzeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Summer holiday

A very relaxing stay in a property with outstanding views and a welcoming host, who did her best to accommodate check in times. A mix of age ranges from couples to small families from different parts of the world and UK. A quiet, beautiful setting far away from the crowds of Dubrovnik but near enough to catch an Uber or bus there. The information left by host in the lobby regarding the area was helpful.Also, the ability to rent their kayak and paddle board kept our teenagers happy. It was nice to stay somewhere that has a traditional feel to it ,with simple accommodation but with essentials like Aircon ….needed in 30c plus heat !

Wonderful Holiday

The communication from the owners from the time we made the original enquiry until we were dropped off at the airport for the return flight was exactly as we would have wanted. The apartment was spotless and had all the facilities we needed. The location is perfect for a relaxing break, great views from the balcony and so easy to swim from the deck. The walks around the coast were lovely with no hills to climb. It is a simple bus ride into Dubrovnik if you can drag yourself off the lounger. A special mention to the owner and family who were always around and responded to a query we had within minutes. All in all a great week in a lovely country with great hosts Thank you

Great stay from beginning to end. Anita and her family were gracious and accommodating. The views are beautiful from the terrace. We swam in the sea every day and took full advantage of tHe Elephiti Island boat tour.

An Oasis of Tranquility

After reading the reviews we decided that House Terzeza was the perfect location for a relaxing break. We were not disappointed. The apartment we had offered a perfect base and Zaton Mali is such a restful village to stay in but in easy distance of the hustle of Old Town Dubrovnik. The property owners are on hand daily to cater for your questions and give helpful advice. Eating out locally is very much at hand (10-15 mins walk in either direction from the property) if that’s what you want and the local restaurants offer reasonable value. Fish is very much the order of the day and so fresh. Most excursions are relatively pricey but the views and experiences are quite stunning. We took up the speedboat option from the owners and had a great half day exploring amazing coves, bays and landing on one of the Elaphiti Islands. The bus to Dubrovnik is straightforward and costs 2.30 euros each way per person. Uber taxis are also a very reasonable method of transport to and from places. The property owners will also give excellent personal service for visiting local places if you want the comfort of knowing who you are with. Swimmers will love the bay and the crystal clear waters. All in all an absolutely delightful place to base yourself in to visit this truly spectacular part of Croatia.

Great space and location

Easter in Zaton

We had a brilliant low season stay in quiet dreamy Zaton. Host Anita was brilliant and helpful answering all my questions (of which there were many!) before we even arrived. Her father picking us up from the airport made the journey completely stress free. The apartment was spotless with a beautiful view, with everything we needed. It was a dream to have the clear sea on our doorstep, and just a 10 minute Uber into Old Town Dubrovnik. Anita was so helpful during our stay with local knowledge and advise and her parents were so warm and welcoming. Thank you so much!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einer tollen Bucht

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und liegt direkt am Wasser. Der Ausblick, der Balkon, die Lage ist traumhaft schön ABER hinter dem Haus führt eine viel befahrene Straße entlang. Das war der einzige Nachteil. Wenn man aber auf der herrlichen Terrasse vor dem Haus, direkt am Wasser frühstückt etc. hört man nichts von der Straße. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Anita hat uns prima Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Wir haben direkt von ihnen Kajaks und auch ein Motorboot gemietet und konnten so direkt vom Haus weg ruhige und tolle Buchten entdecken. Auch zum Schnorcheln war es prima. Das Wasser ist glasklar.

Wonderful location near Dubrovnik. Luko and family very friendly and very helpful .Picked up at airport , supplied taxis when required .Speedboat with skipper was a particular highlight snorkeling in private coves beaches and blue caves. Knowledgeable inputs regarding area. Diving or jumping from private walkway in front of house into sea was enjoyable every day. Plenty sunbeds and chairs in Patio area. Good local restaurants and mini market within walking distance. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend it
