Welcome to our brand-new studio apartment! Located in Dubrovnik’s peaceful Lapad area! This private studio is nestled in a charming home, just a short walk from the popular Lapad beach, the lively promenade, and nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops.
The studio is ideal for couples or solo travelers, offering comfortable accommodation with a double bed, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning to keep you cool during those warm summer days. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need, including a toaster, stove, kettle, and coffee machine. You’ll also find fresh linens, towels, and a private bathroom with a shower for your convenience.

Guests have access to the shared terrace.
This is a studio apartment.

A studio apartment is a self-contained apartment where the bedroom, living area, and kitchenette are all in one open-plan room.
The bathroom is private, en-suite, and directly connected to the studio.


The aprtment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood a few minutes away (walking distance) from Uvala Lapad, which is a walkway that connects the beach with the main traffic roads filled with cafes, restaurants (great for date night) and playgrounds (perfect for families with children). There are multiple beaches less than 20 minutes away (walking distance).
Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)

Had a great time at Slavica's place, stayed there for about a month and was able to work remotely, stable internet and no other issues. Amazing location with great restaurants that is close by and walking distance from the beach.

Was a lovely place to stay at, very clean, cool with the air conditioning unit, spacious and with a very nice view with outdoor chairs and tables to watch the sunset. Multiple beaches surround the property all within a 10-15 min walk. Would recommend

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Slavica's place is nice and charming with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The place was clean and peaceful. We enjoyed our one night stay at her place. It was only about 10 minutes drive to the old town. Slavica was very proactive in providing instructions and communicating with us. We would recommend this place for your stay in Dubrovnik.

Great stay!

I have really enjoyed my stay. I was there for 10 days and my main goal was to have a quiet holiday for myself. The studio flat suited perfectly for my needs - it was quiet and cozy. Really comfortable bed and I appreciated the fresh design of the flat. I also really enjoyed the terrace - you could see a bit of the city, bit of the sea, and the hills - lovely! For my taste, the location is just perfect - my personal favourite area in Dubrovnik :) The check in was smooth and the host was super helpful too! I absolutely recommend this place.

Gospodarz bardzo szybko odpisuje na wiadomości i jest bardzo dobry kontakt. Standard apartamentu zgodny z opisem i ze zdjęciami. Jest wszystko co potrzeba, suszarka do włosów, naczynia, lodówka, kuchenka, klimatyzacja, taras, na korytarzu deska do prasowania i żelazko. Mieszkanie ciche. Jedyne minusy to bardzo duża ilość schodów i trzeba mieć kondycję żeby wejść na wzgórze gdzie jest położony, lekki zapach wilgoci, bo pokój jest tak usytuowany, że nie ma za dużo słońca, ponadto osoby które wchodzą do budynku przechodzą pod samym oknem, więc trochę przez to mało prywatności. Cena była atrakcyjna i bardzo dobry standard mieszkania, więc ogólnie pobyt był bardzo udany. Polecam.

L’appartamento corrisponde pienamente alle foto: luminoso, con una cucina funzionale e vista mare dal terrazzo condiviso. La posizione è ottima, vicino a diverse spiagge raggiungibili a piedi quindi molto comoda per trascorrere le giornate al mare. L’oste è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Suggerimento per i futuri ospiti: mantenere sempre pulito il pavimento, così da evitare la comparsa di formiche. Suggerimento per l’oste: aggiungere una padella antiaderente in cucina sarebbe molto utile. In generale, un soggiorno molto positivo che consiglio a chi vuole godersi il mare e la tranquillità della zona.

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft in Meernähe

Die Wohnung ist recht klein, Ausstattung ok, aber nicht besonders umfangreich. Sie liegt oberhalb vom Meer. Der Außenbereich ist hübsch, ein wenig kann man auch aufs Meer schauen. Dir Lage ist recht ruhig, trotzdem sind Läden und weitere Infrastruktur nicht weit. Allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, da überall Treppen oder Steigungen zu überwinden sind. Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist vorhanden. Zwei weniger schöne Punkte: Das Badezimmer war etwas marode (Wasserhahn wackelt, Toilettenbrille auch, wenig Haken) und roch ziemlich nach Kanalisation. Entgegen der Beschreibung waren keine Parkplätze verfügbar, wir mussten unseren Leihwagen an der unteren Straße kostenpflichtig (ca.50 Euro für 1 Woche) parken. Parkplatz dort eher Glückssache.

la posizione della casa è buoni, breve la distanza dal mare anche se ci sono molti scalini da fare. L'alloggio, anche se abbastanza piccolo, si trova in una zona molto tranquilla di Lapad.
