Nice Studio with Terrace in the heart of the city - Wifi - A / C:
Charming and cozy studio apartment located on the first floor, in the heart of Seville, within the city's most emblematic neighborhood: Santa Cruz. Its location is privileged, with Seville's most monumental sites nearby—the Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, the Church of El Salvador, and many other historical landmarks—and, at the same time, surrounded by the city's most cultural, lively, and vibrant area.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Seville. It is located in an area with a vibrant cultural scene, flamenco shows, and a wide variety of bars and restaurants.

✨ We highlight this accommodation for its central location, its brightness, and its comfort.

The studio is located within a traditional Sevillian house and offers access to a rooftop terrace shared with two other studios. It is situated in the historic and central Santa Cruz neighborhood.

It can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (sofa bed). It has a large and very comfortable double bed, as well as a good-quality sofa bed, making it ideal for couples or small families. The apartment is fresh, bright, and elegantly decorated, designed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The kitchen is brand new and equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. A washing machine is available for shared use by guests. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa, a television, and a dining table for up to four people. All that's left is for you to arrive and enjoy Seville. ☀️

Sevilla city

Perfect location, close to restaurants and shopping. Nice roof terrace. Unfortunately a lot of noise from the street, especially during weekends.

Our checkin was great. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. The place suited us fine for a short visit and had everything we needed. The location was great, everything was walkable. It is in a busy street, so you do hear noise at all hours. Small cons…the floors were dirty and we didn’t have enough towels and linens for three people. The property managers were very quick to respond when I brought this up. All in all a good place for a few days.

Not a nice place!

First red flag was no one ever contacted us about our address or how to get in. I contacted them the day before traveling. The main door to the building was almost impossible to open. The place was clean but very run down. The bathroom smells of urine. There was only one skinny long pillow for two. The outer walls of this place are glass brick. Anytime someone entered the building and turned the lights on it lite up our room. Way over priced for what received. So disappointed. I could go on but that’s enough. Just suffice to say we will never stay there again!

A fuir !
