Gran Vía Center is a 2-bedroom apartment located right in the heart of the city, ideal for spending a season in the capital of Spain.
The apartment features a spacious and very bright living room where you can relax after a long day working or studying in Madrid, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a nice bathroom with a shower. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with: ceramic hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery...
Among the apartment’s amenities are: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, bed linens, towels, and complimentary hygiene products, making it perfect for spending time in Madrid.
THE AREA
It has an incredible location — you don’t need to use a car since you can reach all points of the city on foot or by Madrid’s fantastic public transport. All services are just steps away: supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants, etc.
HOW TO GET THERE
The nearest metro stations are:
CALLAO (Lines 3 and 5): 50 meters.
SANTO DOMINGO (Line 2): 260 meters.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator.
Cribs are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.
Parties or similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.
The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original booking conditions and must specify the contract duration, stating that the rental is not intended for indefinite occupancy, nor as the tenant’s habitual residence or registered address, and must describe the reason for the rental.
Please note that if your arrival date coincides with your booking date, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in before 5:30 PM.
